A lot of men have asked me how they increase their loads, what increases sperm volume?
They often report that they run dry or merely a trickle when they come.
It’s no secret that when men get older, their volume tends to decline as their health declines.
But we’re going to look at ways to reverse this trend, we want to know how to increase semen volume.
In this study, researchers compared the semen output of a group of older guys to a group of younger guys.
The older group included men up to their late 70s.
It was no surprise, but:
Older men had lower semen volume.
But it may be surprising that the older guys had almost 50% less semen volume than the healthy young guys did.

The average volume ranges from about one dropper full of semen per ejaculation to three droppers full.
That’s just an average.
And other than the lower volume, the men were all pretty much the same.
The older guys were still fertile, and the young guys were healthy and fertile.
This study shows how age has its effect.
But researchers wanted to look at something more specific.
What if men are suffering from low zinc levels?
In their research, they found that a little zinc increases volume!
In this study, researchers gave men very special diets to measure the effects of zinc on semen output and quality.
These were all young men who stayed in a ward so that the researchers could control everything they ate.
The finding that is not too shocking is that:
volunteers consuming low zinc decreased semen volumes (3.30 vs 2.24 mL) and serum testosterone concentrations.
So, their volume was down about one-third when they had a low zinc.
And their testosterone also fell — it was about 20% lower after a diet with low zinc.
The entire experiment ran only 28 days, which isn’t very long.
So it gives you an idea of how quickly low zinc will cost you in low testosterone and low semen volumes.
You may be considering zinc supplements after reading this, but be careful with zinc.
Supplementing with zinc is easily overdone and can become dangerous.
It will lower your copper levels and can lead to long-term copper deficiency and way too much iron.
Zinc supplements increase sperm volume, but many have too much cadmium in them.
The heavy metal cadmium builds up in the liver, testicles and the brain — causing damage everywhere it goes.
I would suggest 10 mg of zinc per day would be a good maximum number.
Then you can see if your volume increases over a few months.
