This weird little bathroom trick clears fibrosis from the penis
When fibrosis builds up in the penis, the tiny hair-thin arteries in the penile chambers get blocked off…
And this hurts penile blood flow…
Making erections difficult if not impossible.
But the good news is, as soon as you clear this fibrosis out of the penis, erections returns…
And you’re lasting 20 or 30 minutes easily now.
And you’re filling up with so much hot, pumping blood flow that your member looks twice its usual size.
So how do you safely reverse penile fibrosis?
I’m using this weird little bathroom trick — it only takes a few seconds and it naturally breaks up the fibrosis for better blood flow and better erections in as little as 2 weeks

Why I never use sunscreen
The warmth of the sun’s rays not only lifts our mood and increases our energy levels, but it also provides other essentials.
Sunlight is our primary source of vitamin D, and it massively increases our hormone production.
High testosterone and other sex hormones are the reason for that.
That’s why I’m a huge fan of the sun and sunbathing.
It always makes me feel good – and studies back that up.
But here’s the thing.
While it’s important to soak up the sun’s rays to reap the benefits…
…it’s equally important to protect ourselves from the harmful effects of sunburn.
There are a few ways to do that – here’s one:
This study was conducted at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany. It was published in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology.
The researchers wanted to see if taking supplements containing vitamins C and E could protect the skin from damage caused by UVB radiation.
They recruited volunteers to participate in the study.
And they asked them to take the supplements (2g of vitamin C + 1000mg of vitamin E) daily.
After 3 months, the researchers exposed the volunteers’ skin to UVB radiation.
UVB radiation, when in excess, is known to cause DNA damage and sunburn.
The researchers found that the volunteers who had been taking vitamins C + E had LESS DNA damage in their skin cells after exposure to UVB radiation compared to volunteers who did not take the supplements.
“Detection of thymine dimers in the skin using a specific antibody revealed a significant increase of this type of DNA damage following UVB exposure. After 3 mo of antioxidant administration, significantly less thymine dimers were induced by the UVB challenge, suggesting that antioxidant treatment protected against DNA damage.”
They also had less sunburn.
“The intake of vitamins C and E for a period of 3 mo significantly reduced the sunburn reaction to UVB irradiation.”
Based on the results, the vitamin C and E combo seems to be an effective strategy.
This strategy protects you from the side effects of excess UV rays.
Although sunlight is extremely beneficial for you, it induces oxidative stress and damage.
But the body repairs itself after and becomes even stronger – this is called “hormetic” stress.
That way, your body both receives the beneficial effects of the sun and becomes more resistant to stressors.
But for that, you also need to provide your body with the necessary repair factors.
- Antioxidants (vitamins C and E)
- Magnesium
- Calcium
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin K

Why my Super C is better than any other type of vitamin C
If you want more vitamin C, you won’t get it by taking regular vitamin C supplements…
The problem with regular vitamin C is that it only stays in the bloodstream for a few minutes.
Men pee the rest out too quickly for it to have full effect in the body.
That’s why I came up with Super C — it stays in the bloodstream ALL DAY, penetrating every cell and tissue in the body.
So now finally men can get the benefits of more vitamin C without having to pay for expensive IV treatments.
My Super C boosts the immune system, increases penile blood blow, increases collagen production, protects the brain, and so much more.
Give it a try and let me know what you think
