Story-At-a-Glance

Matt Cook here, and it may seem very sci-fi to talk about regenerating your organs.

But the truth is, it’s very possible to regenerate a healthy liver simply by activating a powerful cell we all have in our bodies right now…

It’s called the FXR cell receptor and it can be activated simply by drinking the right kind of coffee…

FREE Book — The Natural: How to Effortlessly Attract the Women You Want

“Okay, gonna be realistic here…I have had very bad social anxiety to the point where it was not only tough to communicate with people but also extremely difficult to talk to new people.

And I have to say, from all of the other self improvement books that I have read, this is the one that has helped me the most.

Because of this book I have been able to meet more people, establish more relationships, and get more out of life.

This is the book that gave me the chance to connect with people on a whole new level.

Although I still have a bit to go in order to complete this book, the results that I have gained are amazing and I am positive that this book will help me pick up any woman I want without hesitation.

I’ve seen women begin to notice me and like me already. It is through these many exercises that I have been able to change my view and approach of life.

I promise any reader, whether it be to pick up women or gain confidence that you will not be disappointed!!!”

–Joshua

“I normally don’t do that well when I go to bars or out clubbing but I used the tips in the book and it actually worked!

I recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve their game but you need to try the tips out properly instead of just reading them.”

–Scoot

“It gives good advice and no, this isn’t one of those sleezy books that teaches you how to manipulate women.

Keep in mind, it also provides you with life advice that takes work.

Not all changes happen overnight, and this book acknowledges that.

There are no shortcuts, anyone who tells you that is lying and just saying what you want to hear so as to make money off of you.”

Which types of coffee help you regenerate your liver

The idea of regenerating damaged or destroyed body parts in humans is quite controversial.

That is, with the exception of the liver.

“The liver is unique in regenerative potential, which could recover the lost mass and function after injury and resection.”

While most scientists will accept that salamanders and worms can regenerate other parts of the body (which can be accelerated by hormones or electrical impulses)…

Human regenerative capacities are usually ignored.

We know that the liver can repair itself – and if we can understand those mechanisms we may be able to reverse damage to the rest of the body.

One key area in this field of liver regeneration is something called FXR – a receptor which is key to liver regeneration.

This regenerative switch is activated by bile acids and coffee.

These animal experiments were carried out at Rutgers University and Harbin Medical University in China. The paper was published in Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B.

The liver has the ability to regenerate in humans and many other animals – for this reason it is critical to regeneration and longevity research.

The liver carries out a surprising number of functions in the body.

So simply learning how to regenerate the liver could have major implications for a large array of health problems.

This paper brought together a lot of different animal studies looking at the mechanisms of liver regeneration.

Over the last decade, we have found that the FXR is central to lover regeneration.

FXR is a cell receptor which is activated by bile acid.

“FXR has been shown to be highly involved in liver regeneration”

In the gut, FXR activates antibiotic and healing mechanisms – and the gut is key to liver health.

Gut problems cause bacterial leakage – a problem which is dumped onto the liver.

This eventually causes liver damage.

The animal studies have shown that activating FXR also has numerous other regenerative effects on the liver…

…that is aside from lowering bacterial stress from leaky gut.

“Bile acids and FXR not only interact with each other but also regulate various downstream targets during liver regeneration.”

The more research is carried out on liver regeneration, the more important FXR activation seems to be.

“Recent findings suggest that tissue-specific FXR also contributes to liver regeneration significantly.”

FXR seems to be responsible for blood sugar control and regulation of blood lipids.

Things which are intricately tied to the gut-liver axis.

“FXR has a much broader role than regulating bile acids, cholesterol, lipid and glucose metabolism.”

In fact, these lines of research have led to enquiries by Big Pharma.

These multi billion dollar corporations want to develop treatments which can activate  FXR.

Some initial studies with these types of treatments have been quite promising – but the safety and cost will be serious issues.

“These findings highlight FXR as an important ‘chemical’ target for potential use of FXR activators to regulate liver regeneration in the clinic. ”

Bile acid is the most well-known FXR activator. But supplementing bile acids can be tricky – and it’s not profitable.

I have written in my newsletters about a herb which can increase your own bile flow – thereby increasing FXR activation naturally.

But there is also a rarely discussed FXR activator found in some common beverages.

Some types of coffee contain significant amounts of a natural FXR activator called cafestol.

This could be why coffee consumption is associated with better liver health AND increased longevity.

“Liver benefits induced by coffee are accompanied by changes in the gut microbiota.”

Coffee improves gut and liver health.

The effect might in part be due to activation of FXR – a regenerative factor you will be hearing a lot more about in future!

Men are getting better erections with this liver cleanse

If you have a fatty liver (which most men do), it’s hurting your rockiness.

But the good news is that it’s something you can easily reverse.

I’ve perfected this simple liver cleanse that clears out the toxins and fatty deposits that build up in the liver over the years…

And the result is stronger, rigid erections again — erections that seems to last longer and boost my confidence.

So give this a try — my simple liver cleanse is already helping thousands of men.

Like Wayne, who says:

“Wow, cant believe the change…Had sex for some time last night.

Frequent intercourse during the night for long periods for me 20-30 or so minutes. Then woke up this mornin and kept going.

Ejaculated twice. Havent recharged and done that for probably 20 years!

So im happy…to say the least
