This can eliminate arthritis symptoms in 2 weeks or less

One of the challenges that many people face as they age is arthritis.

This can be a painful and debilitating condition…

And the treatments that are used to treat arthritis often come with side effects and possible addictive properties.

The good news is that there are ways to help minimize arthritis pain that don’t have as many side effects.

I go over many of them in my newsletters and transformations.

Today, I want to go over a simple way that you can help to protect the health of your knees if you have arthritis.

You probably already know that having healthy knees is critical to mobility and independence.

When you lose the function of your knees it’s difficult to get around.

You might get a knee replacement, but knee replacement is a painful procedure…

And artificial knees have a limited lifespan, so it’s best to wait to get them until absolutely necessary.

A study from the Baylor College of Medicine shows that simply walking can help to maintain your knee health…

…and reduce pain for people who have osteoarthritis.

A new study reveals that walking for exercise can reduce new frequent knee pain among people age 50 and older diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis, the most common form of arthritis.

The idea that walking can help with knee pain seems counterintuitive, but it works.

In this study there was a 40% decrease in knee pain when people walked for exercise versus those who didn’t walk for exercise.

Those who reported walking for exercise had 40% decreased odds of new frequent knee pain compared to non-walkers.

And walking is good for your body in other ways as well.

It can help to control weight, help your metabolism, and improve your cardiovascular health.

Lo said that walking for exercise has added health benefits such as improved cardiovascular health and decreased risk of obesity, diabetes and some cancers, the driving reasons for the Center for Disease Control recommendations on physical activity, first published in 2008 and updated in 2018.

According to research the optimal amount of walking you should do is 7,000 steps a day.

That’s about 45 minutes of total walking per day.

Walking at least 7,000 steps a day reduced middle-aged people’s risk of premature death from all causes by 50% to 70%, compared to that of other middle-aged people who took fewer daily steps.

If you can get in 7,000 steps of walking a day then you will not only protect your knee health, but you will also potentially prolong your life.

If you aren’t walking a lot right now, it’s important to know that any walking you do will help and be beneficial.

Every time you increase your steps up to about 7,000 steps a day you get a health benefit.

“You see this gradual risk reduction in mortality as you get more steps,” Paluch says. “For people at 4,000 steps, getting to 5,000 is meaningful,” she adds. “And from 5,000 to 6,000 steps, there is an incremental risk reduction in all-cause mortality up to about 10,000 steps.”

Personally, I love to walk.

When I’m in Florida, I take long walks on the beach and when I’m in the DC area I walk to the grocery store quite often.

Walking is a great tool to help maintain good health and to help ward off knee pain as you get older.
