What causes penile fibrosis?

I’ve talked about penile fibrosis a number of times.

I’ve talked about what causes penile fibrosis and ways to prevent it.

And the great thing is that because of our work here, more doctors are now becoming aware of penile fibrosis.

In the old days, they assumed that only people with Peyronie’s had any fibrosis.

Peyronie’s disease is what it’s called when there is an abnormal curve to the penis.

It’s caused by scar tissue in the penis that eventually causes a curved penis.

It can start with finding a lump on penis shaft, and lead to a much more severe curve.

This fibrous tissue can produce a curve so severe that it prevents penetration from being possible during sex.

For a long time, doctors thought this Peyronie’s disease was the thing caused by fibrosis.

We’ve known better for ages, and we’ve been doing our best to spread the word.

And now we’re seeing that the work we’re doing is paying off.

More doctors and patients are aware that they may have penile fibrosis even if they don’t have a real bendy male member.

Dr. Jon Pryor, urology chair at the University of Wisconsin, says that about 22% of aging men have penile fibrosis.

And they don’t know it.

These men will often go to their graves wondering why they had such persistent and unfixable erectile dysfunction.

And along it was the penile fibrosis that could have been fixed.

It is not surprising that there is a myriad of oral “cocktails” that have been touted for medical management of penile fibrosis.

These include vitamin E, Potaba, tamoxifen, colchicine, L-arginine, carnitine, pentoxifylline, and phosphodiesterase type-5 inhibitors.

Unfortunately, virtually all of them show no clinical benefit.

So there are no medications that work.

But there ARE protocols that work.

The protocols for fixing penile fibrosis are the same as the protocols for fixing fibrosis anywhere in the body.

[cmamad id=”4699″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

These protocols tend to lower stress hormones — especially serotonin.

And they also get oxygen into the tissues.

This is the key to preventing and reversing fibrosis.

So let’s talk about that in today’s newsletter.

Guys are always asking me, “why do I get penile fibrosis?”

I think it’s time everyone had the answer.

Our first stop is going to be in a review of penile fibrosis specifically.

I’m giving you this breakdown piece by piece because it is so helpful in understanding the problem.

And if you don’t have penile fibrosis now, you may have it soon.

That is… unless you do what we’re going to suggest later on in this newsletter.

Aging has a detrimental effect on cavernous tissue and the tunica albuginea of the [PENILE UNIT].

These are the parts of the male member that fill with blood during rockiness.

Those chambers are lined with endothelial cells inside and covered with epithelial cells outside.

Keep that in mind as you read today’s newsletter.

Furthermore, atherosclerosis of the penile vessels that occurs with ageing causes a decrease in penile oxygen tension.

This is very interesting.

It means that less oxygen is reaching the blood vessels in the chambers of the penis.

Less blood means less oxygen.

And less oxygen reaching these tissues creates fibrosis.

…fibrosis but also nitric oxide-cyclic guanosine monophosphate reduction.

Pay attention to the words nitric oxide in the above quote.

We’re going to be talking about nitric oxide again in a moment.

Supposedly the good guy, nitric oxide is actually an emergency compound in the body.

Doctors use it to treat ED and other issues.

But like using a fire extinguisher, you don’t want to use nitric oxide unless it’s an emergency.

You need to minimize nitric oxide rather than maximize it.

The decrease in penile elasticity and compliance are explained by the changes in the ratio of penile collagen that occur with ageing.

Penile collagen is scar-like tissue that is tangled strands of protein.

These start filling up the chambers in the male member.

This is what penile fibrosis is made of.

This is exactly what it is — collagen buildup in the penile tissue.

From here, the study analysis moves its focus to testosterone.

And it makes a very outstanding point.

Testosterone is NOT “just” about desire or about bigger muscles for men.

Numerous recent studies showed that androgen deprivation produces penile tissue atrophy, alterations in nerve structure, alterations in endothelial morphology, increase in deposition of extracellular matrix… in the subtunical region of corpus cavernosum.

In plain English, that means that having low testosterone over time causes the penile tissue to get smaller.

It causes a build up collagen and penile fibrosis and causes the penis to become less sensitive.

This is about when men notice erectile dysfunction and seek treatment.

That treatment often includes nitric oxide, so now I want to talk some more about it.

This is a study that shows:

Hypoxia has been proposed as an important microenvironmental factor in the development of tissue fibrosis.

The fibrosis can be in the penile tissue, the liver, the kidney, the heart, and in the arteries.

Someone with fibrosis in one place will have fibrosis in all the other places too.

Again, the problem is hypoxia.

In this case, it’s not enough oxygen reaching the tissues.

The tissues secrete a compound called hypoxia inducable factor, or HIF-1.

HIF-1 is a compound that causes the body to create new blood vessels in an attempt to fix the lack of oxygen.

While these blood vessels are being formed, the body needs to somehow keep the affected areas alive.

And in comes a flood of nitric oxide to the rescue.

That’s where this study comes in.

The study shows that being chronically short of oxygen in your tissues results in more nitric oxide being produced.

And while the nitric oxide is temporarily necessary, it is very harmful in the long run.

And it results in fibrosis in the tissues.

This is a pretty dire situation, and it is a big reason why you need to get this thing fixed.

The longer the fibrosis is allowed to build, the worse it gets.

And of course, the worse it gets, the more difficult it is to fix.

There is hope for men who haven’t had erections in years, but you have to deal with it right away and not wait around.

The more you wait, the more fibrosis builds, and the more difficult it is to reverse.

1. What is Penile Fibrosis?

Penile fibrosis is a condition where the penis gets scar tissue in it, tangled strands of protein called collagen fibers, very similar to scar tissue and also very similar to plaque in the arteries. In fact, penile fibrosis is related to atherosclerosis and build up of fibrosis in the heart valve, in the liver, in the kidneys, and in the brain. For men who do not have regular nocturnal erections, and who do not have regular intercourse, at least once or twice a week, over time as they get older they may end up with penile fibrosis. If there is a clear bend in the penis, and if there is a hardened nodule it can be called Peyronie’s disease. However, penile fibrosis is much more common than Peyronie’s and effects probably 20% of older men.The longer a man has penile fibrosis, the less easy it is to reverse. There are massive numbers of immune cells and sometimes calcium deposits in the penile fibrosis. It can deposit plaque in the arteries and veins providing blood flow to and from the penis, and the erection chambers required to sustain an erection.

2. What are penile fibrosis treatment options?

There are many options for men who want to get their penile fibrosis treated. You could break the options down into natural lands and medical ones. Medical treatments for penile fibrosis include the really awful ones which are opening up the penis and implanting a device that allows directions. Or sometimes operating to remove the scar tissue. But these interventions do not have a great success rate for many men. And they are very radical interventions that can have permanently damaging side effects. There are many natural options. The most important options for man to begin having regular sexual contact again. Even if a man cannot sustain an erection, he can still have sexual intercourse and sexual interactions with a partner. Those interactions will raise his sensitivity level and will start the blood flowing better and can often be enough to lead to eventual breakthroughs in penile fibrosis. There are other treatment options that have had some success, enzymes called proteolytic enzyme including serrapeptase,  and nutritional plans that can increase the energy levels of the cellular mitochondria, eliminating the fibrotic process and even reversing.

3. What causes penis fibrosis?

Men should also be aware that some medication can increase penile fibrosis. These medications include especially warfarin and other blood thinners which actually draw calcium of the bones and deposited into the arteries and into the penis, as well as certain blood pressure medications.Men also can get penile fibrosis from “use it or lose it”, not having a sexual partner and not having regular intercourse. Men who suffer depression in men who are on several medications at the same time often lose the ability to get an erection. The male body has frequent erections at night, and it is thought that these erections, often called nocturnal erections or “morning wood”, are for the purpose of kind of irrigating the penile chambers and the arteries and veins and making sure that the plumbing is cleared out and working. Without these frequent erections every night, penile fibrosis is much more likely to set in.So medications are not having sex frequently are two causes of penile fibrosis. Also, general internal inflammation in the body, inflammation that can have side effects such as high blood pressure, acid reflux, heart trouble, or even forgetfulness, are often indicating that the body is building fibrosis in the tissues.Penile fibrosis is just one type of fibrosis or fiber buildup that occurs in a man who has internal inflammation in his body. The heart valve also gets fibrotic, as does the liver and kidneys and brain. Reversing penile fibrosis also can help reverse atherosclerosis, clean out all the arteries and help increase overall health.

  1. My urologist prescibed a dose of 5 mg cialis a day and 175mg of testosterone a week , im a C.S.C.S with 30 years experience training body builders , health enthusiats , type 2 diabetis , osteoperosis etc
There is a scale of Anabolic to Androgenic ratio of Anabolic Androgenic steroids , Testosterone with a 100/100 ratio is only somewhat andrgenic , Trenbolone w/ ratio 500:500 is far far more androgenic yet a bit harsh if used for extended (no pun) periods of time and at higher doses of over 76mg / I.M everyday .. thats with Trenbolone Acetate … as for Trenbolone Enanthate the maximum dose of 200mg a week is still a lot and be very very careful with any androgen .. so listen to your Drs , im not a Dr , thank God as most are simply too indoctronated to think outside beurocratic dogma that lines the pockets of big pHarma… p.s. totally seperate topic – All Drs and Pharmacists pushing the booster for covid “vaccine” i’d be on notice if i were you … how could you have NOT KNOWN …That Said , my Dear mother was mislead by my own brother to get the booster jab .. he will hopefully have to answer for his wreckless ignorance ..ego ..%!#$@@-

  2. Almost forgot , i heard Fasting helps fibrotic tissue to soften become elastic , any truth to this ? Thank You , All The Good Hearted Drs , Nurses , CNA , Paramedics .. we love you just dont be an idiot that just follows orders blindly.. nuremberg didnt accept that as a defense .. laws are in place that can affect local druggists drs , pushers of toxic substances… bye military is watching , has been for some time now .. be ethical and have nothing to worry about … your frirndly Nieborhood C.S.C.S A.C.E Certified .

    • Fasting for a short time can be healthy if you supply enough minerals, and I think sugar. It can give the body a boost by lowering endotoxins during the fat.

I agree with you on what you say about not following orders. It’s a tough one because medical people are taught to follow orders.
