Daily Medical Discoveries Model

—–Important Message—–

Want firm, hard muscles and firm, long-lasting erections?

I discovered a simple method of taking fat and turning it into pure muscle.

You know how when bodybuilders want to bulk up, they start eating a lot more? Well, that’s because they need to put on more fat to make more muscle.

But what if you didn’t need to lift weights or hit the gym at all to burn fat and make more muscle? All while eating and drinking as you please…

I call it my “fat depletion protocol” – and trust me when I say it sounds a lot more complicated than it really is…

Not only does it help you lose stubborn belly fat and develop firm, hard muscles…

It also makes your erections much harder and longer-lasting…

Any man can do this… And it doesn’t involve dangerous fad diets, crippling workouts, or even cutting calories.

Click here to discover my fat depletion protocol so you can have the body and sexual performance of a much younger man…

Use Vitamin D to Lose Belly Fat

If there’s one great thing about America, it’s our food.

We are surrounded all the time by restaurants, grocery stores, and fast-food chains. And these places never run out of food… We can eat it anytime we want.

But as you probably know, this usually leads to eating more than we actually need… And that makes it super-easy for us to gain weight.

Of course, that’s way better than scrabbling for food and often starving (which is what many of our ancestors did)…

But having so much food available to us comes with its OWN set of problems – including weight gain.

Because it’s so easy to gain weight now, there are a ton of “magic” solutions hitting the market all the time.

From weight-loss surgeries that can cause nutritional deficiencies to diet pills that can cause heart attacks, most of these “easy” solutions have some pretty big downsides.

But there is one thing that you can buy for CHEAP at any drugstore, grocery store, or online…

It’s a supplement that seems to be seriously good at keeping weight off…

And it is safe for most people to take.

Vitamin D supplements may promote weight loss in obese children

The magic supplement – vitamin D3

This study was done on kids. But according to the US government, 41.6% of American adults are deficient in Vitamin D…

So it’s also worth looking at supplementation if you are an adult.

[cmamad id=”19698″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

“The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2005 to 2006 data were analyzed for vitamin D levels in adult participants. Vitamin D deficiency was defined as a serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentration of ≤20 ng/mL (50 nmol/L). The overall prevalence rate of vitamin D deficiency was 41.6%, with the highest rate seen in blacks (82.1%), followed by Hispanics (69.2%)”

Most milk has extra vitamin D added to it (but not the same kind of vitamin D that you should take as a supplement) because vitamin D deficiency is associated with weak bones.

But, most people don’t know that too little vitamin D can also be linked with increased body fat accumulation and developing obesity.

“Vitamin D deficiency is typically associated with impaired bone health – in recent years it has been increasingly linked with increased body fat accumulation and obesity, with the precise nature of this relationship currently under intense investigation by researchers.”

This link between obesity and vitamin D made the researchers curious about what supplementation with vitamin D at safe levels would do…

…whether it would help to prevent and even reverse obesity.

The study was done with 232 obese kids. 117 of them got Vitamin D and the rest of them were the control group.

One of the things I really like about this study is that it was conducted over a year, which gave enough time to get statistically significant results.

It turns out that the vitamin D group of kids ended up with significantly lower body mass indexes.

“Levels of vitamin D, body fat, and blood markers of liver function and heart health were assessed at the start of the study and 12 months later. The study reported that children given vitamin D supplements had significantly lower body mass index, body fat, and improved cholesterol levels after 12 months of supplementation.”

These results are significant.

Since Vitamin D is relatively safe to take at appropriate doses of under 4,000 IUs per day, and since so many people are Vitamin D deficient, it’s worth trying.

But remember, you do have to remain consistent over a period to see positive effects on weight.

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, which means your body stores it…

So it is possible to develop toxicity if you go overboard. Here’s how to avoid that.

Vitamin D Toxicity…

It’s hard to get to toxic levels of vitamin D, but it is possible if you try.

In doses of 100,000 IUs a day or more, you can develop toxicity so be careful. Almost everyone can use a much lower dose to get maximum benefit.

This is a tough dose to get to and most vitamin D supplements are sold in safe doses.

So, unless you are trying to get to a crazy dose, there isn’t much to worry about.

Ultimately, taking a quality vitamin D3 supplement (the kind you should look for) in safe doses can have many health benefits.

And that includes lowering your risk for obesity.

It’s worth trying, especially if you have low vitamin D to begin with (and many of us do).

Always talk to your doctor about making any changes such as adding vitamin D.
