—-Important Message for Men Who’ve Had Poor “Rockiness” for 6 Months or More—-

Ask yourself these questions:

  1. Has it been weeks, months, or years since you woke up with morning wood?
  2. Do you rarely or never get good “rockiness”?
  3. Do you have a bend or hard lump in your member?
  4. Have your load sizes gotten smaller?
  5. Do you experience any pain during sex or during arousal?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may be suffering from penile fibrosis.

It’s quite common, and easy to reverse, but most men don’t know about it.

Doctors don’t even know about it!

Discover how to restore great “rockiness” at home, no matter how long it’s been (and don’t worry, it’s free).

This works for “rockiness” problems when nothing else will

“I’m a mole man… I swear.”

One of my friends had a dad who used to say this all winter. He went to work in the dark and came home in the dark, because the days were short.

It wore him out and he always looked forward to the winter equinox when the days would slowly start to become longer – a few minutes at a time.

This gave him hope that there would literally be brighter times ahead.

Knowing that things are going to get better – or developing a sense of control over your life – can give you hope…

And that sense of control can help you overcome all kinds of diseases.

Even really tough ones such as anxiety disorders that can be crippling.

What is hope?

Most people are familiar with hope when times are good.

Kids hope to get a specific gift at Christmas or adults hope that a new romance turns into something special.

But the kind of hope I’m talking about here is a little more defined.

This kind of hope is based on the idea that a patient can develop the skills to get better.

“In terms of psychotherapy, hope represents the capacity of patients to identify strategies or pathways to achieve goals and the motivation to effectively pursue those pathways.”

This study was done with patients suffering from anxiety disorders who were being treated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

“…study examined the role of hope in predicting recovery in a clinical trial of 223 adults in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for one of four common anxiety disorders: social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.”

What they found is remarkable.

What is CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy)?

It is a type of therapy that helps people recognize their thoughts and helps them to change their patterns of thinking.

“Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. Its goal is to change patterns of thinking or behavior that are behind people’s difficulties, and so change the way they feel.”

How hope makes recovering from anxiety disorders easier

CBT seems to help patients gain hope. And hope helps them to heal.

In fact, hope is a good indicator of whether or not a person WILL heal.

“Significantly, the results of this study indicate that hope gradually increases during the course of CBT, and increases in hope were greater for those in active treatment than for those in the waitlist comparison. The magnitude of these changes in hope were consistent across different CBT protocols and across the four anxiety disorders examined, which underscores the broad relevance of instilling hope as an important factor in promoting recovery during psychotherapy.”

That means that, if you have an anxiety disorder, you can LEARN hope.

And that can help you to have far less anxiety.

Learning hope has a lot of broad-ranging and positive effects.

Hope is closely related to other positive psychology constructs, such as self-efficacy and optimism, that have also been shown to have clear relevance to promoting resilience to and recovery from emotional disorders…”

The other plus is that learning hope through a therapy like CBT is WAY safer than taking an addictive Big Pharma med such as Xanax or another diazepine.

The big takeaway here is that, if you believe you are going to get better and you seek the skills to get better, then you are more likely to get better.

I’m not a big woo-woo fan, but I’ve seen it over and over again.

Guys who take charge of their own health – whether with diabetes, “rockiness” problems, or anxiety – get better results.

It doesn’t mean your problems will just magically go away. But they often improve much faster than for the folks who give up.

Keeping up hope is critical to having the best health possible.

—-Important Message—-

Did you know that a sugar-burning metabolism comes with these amazing advantages?

  • Faster, more youthful metabolism
  • More energy and stamina
  • Perfect blood sugar
  • Better male “rockiness” and performance
  • Adds decades to your life

The problem is — most of us have fat-burning metabolisms.

Our bodies don’t burn sugar anymore and this causes all sorts of health problems.

Fortunately, I’ve discovered a solution…

The sippy cup activity kickstarts the body into burning sugar again, no matter how long it’s been.
