This special form of vitamin E prevents and kills viral infections

Here’s where to get it and how to use it

Story-At-a-Glance

Matt Cook here, and when it comes to vitamin E, I don’t just use any old brand you can get off the shelf…

That’s because there’s an even better, more powerful form of vitamin E that men can use…

And it blows the normal vitamin E you’re used to taking right out of the water.

Here’s the special form of vitamin E I’m taking that can prevent and kill viral infections, even coronavirus…

This special form of vitamin E prevents and kills viral infections

Pneumonia is a disease caused by inflammation in the lungs.

The inflammation is almost always caused by bacteria.

This surprises many people because viruses are famous for causing pneumonia.

The reality is that viral pneumonia is triggered by viruses breaking down the immune system that protects the lungs.

Then bacteria take over and actually cause pneumonia.

“Viral” and bacterial pneumonia are leading causes of death worldwide.

But there is a lot of research showing that a number of nutrients can have a protective effect against developing severe pneumonia.

A form of vitamin E (called alpha-tocopherol) is one such nutrient.

Older animals given vitamin E have the same robust immune response to pneumonia infections as young animals – greatly lowering the burden of disease and decreasing mortality.

The animal experiments were carried out at Tufts University Medical School of Boston. The findings were published in the Journal of Immunology.

A number of different bacteria are responsible for most cases of pneumonia.

The bacteria called streptococcus pneumoniae is the largest culprit.

“Streptococcus pneumoniae infections are an important cause of morbidity and mortality in older patients.”

The bacterial infection, which can be triggered by a prior virus, causes inflammation in the lungs.

This lung inflammation makes it difficult to breathe and supply enough oxygen to the body.

That can lead to multiple organ failure and eventually death.

“Uncontrolled lung inflammation exacerbates this disease.”

Vitamin E is a well known, natural anti-inflammatory.

So these researchers wanted to know whether decreasing inflammation with this nutrient could help with pneumonia.

Now, young animals are almost completely immune to pneumonia – unless they have some severe underlying health condition.

But older animals and older people are particularly susceptible to this lung disease.

So the researchers investigated whether vitamin E could rejuvenate the immune systems of older animals.

They used groups of young and old mice. Some mice from either group were given supplemental vitamin E for one month.

Then the researchers exposed the animals to streptococcus pneumoniae – the bacteria which causes pneumonia.

The older animals were much more susceptible to the infection – just like in humans.

“Aged mice were exquisitely more susceptible to pneumonia than young mice.”

In fact, older mice were 10 times more likely to die from the bacterial infection than younger mice were.

But the researchers found that old mice given vitamin E were much more resistant to pneumonia.

Older mice survived infection just as well as young, healthy mice when they were given enough vitamin E.

“Vitamin E supplementation in aged mice resulted in a 1000 fold lower bacterial lung burden and full control of infection.”

Further investigation showed that there was radically lower inflammation in the lungs of the older animals given vitamin E. T

The finding supports the theory that vitamin E can fight pneumonia by limiting inflammation in the lungs.

The fat-soluble vitamin has the same anti-inflammatory effect in humans.

The researchers believe that vitamin E supplementation could be very protective against pneumonia in people, just as it is in mice.

“Vitamin E enhances resistance of aged mice to bacterial pneumonia by modulating the immune response. This has potential clinical significance in combating infection in aged individuals through nutritional intervention.”

Vitamin E acts to counteract inflammation caused by fats found in common dietary vegetable oils.

These days people get a lot of these fats and far too little vitamin E.

The result of that is lowered immunity.

—-Important Message From Matt Cook About Boosting Immunity—-

Remember: the only way to recover from most viral illness is with your own body’s natural defenses…

And when your immune system is functioning properly, you will be making the all-powerful T cells which exist to identify and kill invading pathogens or infected cells.

These T cells are even more important than antibodies.

T cells can hang around in the blood for years after an infection and become part of your immune system’s “long term memory.”

This means your immune system works smarter and faster when encountering similar viruses and illnesses.

So here’s what I’m doing — I’m using this powerful form of vitamin E along with a few other natural remedies in a unique way…
