Just one week after using this pointing finger technique, I had my wife quivering from two powerful, rapid orgasms… back-to-back.

I hadn’t been able to do that to her in years!

Now with just my pointing finger, I’m able to pleasure her the way she craves and get her moaning my name again and again…

And it’s so sexy seeing her enjoy herself this way, and my confidence is soaring now that I know I can make her feel this good.

Plus, she wants to do it more often than ever! She’s addicted to this pleasure.

And it’s all thanks to this secret pointing finger technique…

Try it tonight and prepare to be wow’d

Allopregnanolone

Most people know that gelatin, collagen and bone broth are good for your health.

This is due to an amino acid called glycine and small structures called peptides which include glycine.

Glycine is an inhibitory amino acid – meaning that glycine puts the brakes on a lot of degenerative, stressful processes in the body.

It’s particularly beneficial for the gut, liver and brain…

And we are really just beginning to understand the profound beneficial effects of glycine in the brain and central nervous system.

The animal experiments were performed at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique/Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg, France. This paper was published in Neuroscience.

Allopregnanolone is a hormone produced in the brain. Most people have never heard of it.

But allopregnanolone is super protective of brain cells.

Allopregnanolone protects brain cells against damage and death – it has profound antidepressant and anti-anxiety effects.

Allopregnanolone also reduces our sensitivity to pain and in certain contexts it can even function as an anesthetic.

“Allopregnanolone is well characterized as a potentially therapeutic molecule which exerts important neurobiological actions including neuroprotective, antidepressant, anxiolytic, anesthetic and analgesic effects.”

The authors of the study were chasing up some research that indicated the benefits of glycine in the brain may be due to it increasing allopregnanolone.

“We have recently observed that neurons and glial cells of the rat spinal cord (SC) contain various key enzymes which are crucial for allopregnanolone biosynthesis.”

They carried out their experiments looking at the effect of glycine on the synthesis of allopregnanolone in the spinal cord…

…where the cells are very similar to brain cells.

The spinal cord, like the brain, actively synthesizes allopregnanolone.

“Furthermore, we demonstrated that the rat SC actively produces allopregnanolone.”

We know a little about how to increase or decrease brain allopregnanolone – but the researchers felt that the main factors were still outside of our grasp.

“The key factors regulating neurosteroid production by nerve cells are unknown and because glycine is one of the pivotal inhibitory neurotransmitters in the SC…”

These experiments were designed to see whether glycine may be the major factor in the synthesis of allopregnanolone in the spinal cord, and therefore in the brain.

“… we investigated glycine effects on allopregnanolone biosynthesis in the rat SC.”

The researchers found that glycine did indeed increase the synthesis of allopregnanolone.

“Glycine markedly stimulated progesterone conversion into allopregnanolone by SC slices.”

When the researchers added a glycine blocking chemical to their experiments they found that this blocked the increase in allopregnanolone…

…proving their assumptions from the previous step.

“Strychnine, well-known as a glycine receptor antagonist, blocked the glycine stimulatory effect on allopregnanolone formation.”

The research shows that glycine has a profound effect on the brain protective hormone allopregnanolone…

…and it may be our biggest finding in regards to modulating allopregnanolone so far.

“These results demonstrate that glycine upregulates allopregnanolone biosynthesis in the SC.”

The findings have major implications for neurodegenerative diseases, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and substance abuse disorders.

Of course, Big Pharma will now look for treatments which can modulate glycine in the central nervous system…

…so they can profit from the beneficial effects of allopregnanolone synthesis.

But the real simple takeaway from this is that the consumption of high-glycine foods like collagen, gelatin, and bone broth should be a priority.

In some cases, supplementing high-quality pure glycine could have profound benefits for people with neurological, neurodegenerative, or mood problems.

“Possibilities are opened for glycinergic agents to stimulate selectively allopregnanolone biosynthetic pathways in diseases evoked by a decreased neuro-steroidogenic activity of nerve cells.”

You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.
