I’ve discovered a simple and easy “penis brain hack” to almost instantly reverse arousal problems

Contrary to what your doctor has told you, getting rocky has nothing to do with testosterone levels or anxiety…

And it’s not a blood flow problem either…

However, what I’ve discovered does reveal your brain has a “control switch”…

…a switch that determines whether you get stiff or suffer from embarrassing limpness.

Here’s how easy it is to access this control switch and get erections on command

Eat this 1 fruit to prevent toxic biofilm from building up in the gut and wrecking rockiness

Your gut health matters.

It might even be what’s holding you back from achieving perfect health – if your gut health is in a bad situation, of course.

An unhealthy gut can make you depressed, fatigued, irritable, moody – you name it.

This is because it interferes with your neurotransmitters and brain functions.

It can also make things go south in the bedroom.

A stressed gut is the perfect recipe for a limp member and an unsatisfied partner.

So fixing your gut is super important, period.

Today, here’s another (tasty) strategy for you.

Pomegranates.

This study was conducted at Humanitas University, Italy. It was published in Nutrients.

The researchers used pomegranate extract in this study.

They wanted to test if this extract could help improve the health of mice with colitis.

After giving them the pomegranate, they looked at many different parameters (intestinal and body).

Let me tell you about them one by one:

1. They watched the mice closely and checked how they were doing by looking at their weight, stools, and if they were bleeding

2. The researchers also wanted to see if the extract could help stop bad bacteria from sticking together.

When the bacteria stick together they form a slimy film called biofilm.

Biofilm prevents bad bacteria from dying – they protect themselves with it.

3. Finally, they looked at cells from people with colitis – this was the second part of the study.

They wanted to see how the extract affected these cells and how they communicated with each other.

Now onto the results…

The researchers found that the extract from pomegranate helped the mice with colitis get better by fixing their guts and…

…stopping bad bacteria from forming a film.

In vivo, PG boosted the recovery phase of colitis, promoting a complete restoration of the intestinal barrier with the regeneration of the mucus layer, as also demonstrated by the absence of bacterial spread into the mucosa and the enrichment of crypt-associated fibroblasts.”

“(…) Citrobacter freundii biofilm was slightly impaired in the presence of PG.”

They also found that pomegranate helped the cells communicate with each other easily – this ensures their healing mechanism works more efficiently.

In vitro, inflamed fibroblasts responded to PG by downregulating the release of metalloproteinases, IL-6, and IL-8 and upregulating the levels of HGF. Caco-2 cells cultured in a medium supplemented with PG increased the expression of SOX-9 and CD44, whereas in the presence of HGF or plated with a fibroblast-conditioned medium, they displayed a decrease in SOX-9 and CD44 expression and an increase in AXIN2, a negative regulator of Wnt signaling.”

Pomegranate is one of my favorite fruits.

I knew very well that it was an excellent aphrodisiac and an amazing tool for fertility…

… and even that it increases CO2 in the body (very good for metabolism)

But I didn’t know until today that it is also good for the gut to tell you the truth.

“These data provide new insight into the manifold effects of PG on promoting mucosal homeostasis in IBD by affecting pathogen biofilm formation and favoring the regeneration of the intestinal barrier through the regulation of the crosstalk between epithelial and stromal cells.”

As I said, it was already a favorite of mine – I will eat more of it from now on.

Fruits are a great source of energy, sugar, and nutrition.

Every man who cares about his health and performance should eat them regularly.

This fruity jungle juice makes a limp member rocky again

I downed the fruity juice each morning and waited for the results…

At first, nothing.

Then, I noticed my pants feeling tighter… in the crotch…

My wife commented (quite impressed) about my bigger bulge.

She couldn’t keep her hands off me when we were together (YEAH!)

I was gaining size little by little.

And my erections got to the point where even I couldn’t believe the towel-hangers that were rigidly going on down there.

It wasn’t anything special about me…it was this potent jungle juice I’ve been drinking…

How could no one have known about this? And you won’t believe how I discovered it…
