Your penis is telling you something super-important…

—-Important Sponsored Message—-

It’s weird, but this vitamin was originally discovered by a dentist exploring Africa in the 1930s, a dentist named Weston Price.

Dr. Price found that these primitive African men had amazing sex lives.

So he looked into what these African men were eating…

Dr. Price realized that these super-healthy African men ate a special type of butter.

And in this butter was something he called “Activator X” that contributed to clean arteries and strong bones.

And now, a small number of men are using Activator X to get greater blood flow to the penis, clearer blood vessels, and better erections…

This penile “tell” indicates hidden heart problems…

These hidden penis signs can appear out of nowhere…

But before I go into that, let’s see how those heart problems start in the first place…

And how this penile “tell” works to warn us guys that something is amiss…

First of all, I’m not a big fan of nearly starving yourself to lose weight.

Because, while super low-calorie diets can be effective in the short term, they can really screw up the way your body processes food in the long term…

AND they can lead to major weight-loss bounce-back in the long term as well.

But here is the good news:

There are ways to lose weight that are easy, safe, and actually make your metabolism better.

[cmamad id=”16929″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

This new research also shows that there is an even bigger reason to avoid super-low-calorie programs.

Especially if you already have heart disease.

Those diets can really do a number on your heart…

And they can cause temporary deterioration to your heart that can cause serious problems if you have vascular issues to begin with.

Crash diets can put you at risk of temporary heart deterioration.

A crash diet is any diet that is super-low in calories.

For example, back in the 1970s people would eat grapefruit only for breakfast and lunch.

Now people drink low-calorie “nutritional” shakes.

None of these ultra-low-calorie diets is good for you.

“Crash diets – also called meal replacement programs – have become increasingly fashionable in the past few years…”

Diets like these are extraordinarily low in calories – usually less than 1,000 calories a day.

(Sometimes the calorie intake is even lower than that.)

“These diets have a very low calorie content of 600 to 800 kcal per day and can be effective for losing weight, reducing blood pressure, and reversing diabetes…but the effects on the heart have not been studied until now.”

Of course, you WILL lose weight when you start a diet like this.

It’s pretty much physically impossible not to lose weight when your calories are that low.

You’ll also lose fat.

So they can seem really attractive.

I completely understand why people want to go with this approach.

“After one week, total body fat, visceral fat, and liver fat had all significantly fallen by an average of 6%, 11%, and 42%, respectively.”

But, in a weird twist, your body likes to store extra fat around your heart when you put your body into this kind of super-low-calorie situation.

And that can cause your heart function to deteriorate.

“However, after one week, heart fat content had risen by 44%. This was associated with a deterioration in heart function, including the heart’s ability to pump blood.”

Fortunately, this heart function effect seems to be pretty short-term.

But this is a big concern for people who have heart trouble already.

Creating a situation that weakens your heart, even if it’s only temporary, could lead to serious medical problems.

“The metabolic improvements with a very low-calorie diet, such as a reduction in liver fat and reversal of diabetes, would be expected to improve heart function. Instead, heart function got worse in the first week before starting to improve.”

And – this is taking it a little further – it’s also a big concern for men with erection problems.

The first signs of vascular problems often show up as erection problems before they show up in your heart.

So if you have erectile dysfunction, you may have heart problems that you just don’t know about yet.

If you have any health issues at all, it’s not a great idea to follow this kind of crash diet plan.

If you have heart problems, you need to check with your doctor before embarking on a very low-calorie diet or fasting. People with a cardiac problem could well experience more symptoms at this early time point, so the diet should be supervised.”

But even if you don’t have health issues, I don’t recommend this extreme calorie reduction approach to weight loss.

When you have extended periods of not getting enough calories, this can “reset” your metabolism quite a bit lower.

You can also create a situation where your body consumes its own lean mass – organs and muscle.

This makes it much harder to keep weight off in the future – and much, much easier to gain it all back and more.

A teaspoon of this bad fat leads to erection problems…

Virtually all men with erectile dysfunction have too much of this bad fat in their bodies…

Even one teaspoon is enough to ruin things for you sexually…

When men get rid of this bad fat, their penis comes back to life…

At last, they can have their youthful erections back and enjoy lots of sex with women…

Hint: This bad fat may be coursing through your bloodstream right now…remember, only ONE TEASPOON can cause problems for your penis…

Here is how to get rid of this bad fat that may be in your bloodstream right now…
