This key mineral protects the testes from damage

This can save your sperm counts, your rockiness, and even help prevent cancer

Story-At-a-Glance

Matt Cook here, testicular damage is more common than you may think…

It’s happening from toxins in the environment, chafing and rubbing, sun exposure, certain foods you’re eating…

…and even from common treatments men are taking from the doc…

Luckily, there’s one essential nutrient that protects the testes from this damage.

And all you have to do is make sure you’re getting enough…

How to find her G-Spot every single time — and make her gush

Guess what? The G-Spot is not a spot.

It’s a tube of stiffening tissue that surrounds the urethra.

The anatomically correct term is the urethral sponge.

Inside the urethral sponge are the Skene’s Glands (the female equivalent of the prostate).

These glands are what pulls liquid from her blood plasma and fills the tube with the fluid called Amrita, or ejaculate.

When she “squirts,” the fluid is released from the Skene’s Glands.

This key mineral protects the testes from damage

Dexamethasone is a common treatment.

It is used to treat rheumatic problems, skin diseases, allergies, asthma, lung disease, and tuberculosis.

Dexamethasone has an anti-inflammatory effect — and so it is being used in many infectious diseases where inflammation is a major problem — diseases like influenza and COVID-19.

Dexamethasone is an analog of cortisol.

This means it is almost identical in structure and effect to our most common natural “stress hormone.”

One of the many side effects of dexamethasone/cortisol is damage to the testicles.

These substances can lower fertility and testosterone.

But a number of studies have shown that magnesium supplementation can counteract this effect of these substances on your testicles.

Whether you’re taking dexamethasone, or you have high cortisol, it’s a good idea to get adequate magnesium in.

The animal experiments were carried out at the University of Karachi in Pakistan. The paper was published in the Journal of the Pakistan Medical Association.

Dexamethasone is a glucocorticoid — a substance is similar to the cortisol produced in our body.

Cortisol and other glucocorticoids perform necessary functions in the body.

But when these glucocorticoids get too high they cause disease.

One of the major risks from elevated glucocorticoids is damage to the testicles.

Both naturally high cortisol and the use of medical dexamethasone causes damage to the testicles.

“Glucocorticoids, such as dexamethasone, have been ‘given’ widely in the present study designed to evaluate the adverse effect on testicular tissue and to find a suitable agent for neutralizing and minimizing the damaging effects.”

This study investigated whether a common form of magnesium could protect testicles against damage from dexamethasone.

“Magnesium sulfate was used to observe whether it ameliorates testicular damage caused by dexamethasone.

The experiments were carried out on three groups of adult male rats.

One group did not receive any treatment and was used for comparison.

Group 2 was given the common cortisol-like medication dexamethasone.

Group 3 was given the same dose of dexamethasone and got supplemental magnesium sulfate.

“Group A were controls, group B were administered dexamethasone, and group C were given magnesium and dexamethasone.”

At the end of the experiment, the researchers carried out scientific experiments examining the testicles of all the animals.

The seminiferous tubules are the structures in the testicles where sperm are created.

Seminiferous tubules are essential for fertility — but they are also “a canary in the coal mine” regarding overall health.

The study showed that dexamethasone shrinks seminiferous tubules — decreasing fertility and a sign of poor overall health and rapid aging.

“The diameter of the seminiferous tubules was 270 in the control group and 180 in animals given dexamethasone.”

Magnesium supplementation prevented most of this damage to the testicles.

Animals given magnesium and dexamethasone had seminiferous tubules with an average diameter of 240 — almost that of animals which had not been exposed to the treatment (270).

The researchers also measured the germinal epithelium.

This is an important layer of tissue around the seminiferous doubles where sperm are produced.

They found a similar wasting in this critical area of the testicles caused by dexamethasone.

“The thickness of germinal epithelium was 85 in control animals and 32 in animals given dexamethasone.”

But again, animals given magnesium alongside dexamethasone looked much closer to healthy animals.

Their germinal epithelium was around 60.

Magnesium seems to prevent most of the damage caused to the testicles by dexamethasone — a substance almost identical to cortisol.

Dexamethasone also causes muscle wasting — just like cortisol.

Animals given dexamethasone lose a lot of weight — some of it bone, most of it is muscle.

Dexamethasone and cortisol have the same effect in men.

The animals given dexamethasone ended up much skinnier than healthy animals. They were about 25% lighter.

But again, magnesium prevented most of the damage.

Animals given magnesium with dexamethasone maintained most of their healthy muscle mass.

Dexamethasone is a medication with many side effects — but sometimes it is the best option.

For people taking dexamethasone — or those with high cortisol — it’s important to get enough magnesium to protect yourself against the negative effect of these substances.

This special breakfast lowers cortisol, regulates blood sugar, and raises T in men

Blood sugar, cortisol, and testosterone are all connected.

When blood sugar is too high, cortisol is too high and testosterone falls too low…

This is why a man with blood sugar problems or diabetes almost always has erections problems, low libido, and low testosterone.

It’s cortisol to blame.

And you can fix high cortisol and get great blood sugar while naturally raising T…

…if you eat the right breakfast every morning that costs less than a dollar to make…
