This is a woman’s #1 wish from you in bed
Give your woman just ONE of these mind-melting orgasms…
…and you’ll be the BEST she’s ever had (no kidding).
But give her ALL FOUR — and she’ll worship you like a sex god…
It sounds crazy, right? But consider this…
If there’s one skill you could have to unlock your woman’s most passionate, sexy, erotic side…
If there’s a single gift you could give her that would keep you from ever having to worry that you might lose her to someone else…
If there’s a foolproof way to make a woman not just want sex, but CRAVE it and insist upon it every night of the week…

Does caffeine shorten or lengthen lifespan?
Caffeine is a stimulating substance present in tea, coffee, and other energetic beverages.
Some see it as an unhealthy substance, even comparing it to an abused substance.
But caffeine stimulates the body and mind by increasing cellular energy production…
Something which can be very beneficial under stress and during aging.
We could all do with more energy, right?
Researchers carried out a study looking at the effect of moderate caffeine consumption on the risk of death from any cause in older people with high blood pressure.
They found that caffeine is associated with greater longevity in some people.
The more energy you produce, the less likely you are to die!
The human research was carried out at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. This paper was published in Frontiers in Nutrition.
“Caffeine is widely consumed not only in coffee but also in soft drinks and tea.”
There is a common idea that caffeine may be unsafe for older people or people with high blood pressure due to the stimulating nature of caffeine.
“However, the long-term health effects of caffeine are still controversial, especially in people with high cardiovascular risk such as elderly patients with hypertension.”
To learn more, the researchers analyzed data from research carried out over 15 years.
“This study analyzed data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2003-2018.”
In this research, caffeine intake was quantified by several dietary interviews.
“Caffeine intake was calculated by two 24-h dietary recall interviews.”
The researchers quantify the risk of dying from any cause and cardiovascular disease in older people with high blood pressure according to caffeine consumption.
“We compared the hazard ratios (HRs) of all-cause and cardiovascular mortality in elderly hypertensive patients with different caffeine intakes.”
They split people into different categories according to the amount of caffeine they consumed on average daily.
Caffeine intake categories were:
- <10,
- 10 to 100,
- 100 to 200,
- 200 to 300, (defined as moderate)
- ≥300 mg/day.
Over 6,000 people were included in the research, and were followed up for an average of nearly 7 years.
These were older people, and there were plenty of deaths over this time, enough to get a good statistical analysis of the topic in question.
“During this period, a total of 2,200 all-cause deaths occurred, of which 765 were cardiovascular deaths.”
The researchers discovered that people consuming a moderate amount of caffeine were less likely to die from cardiovascular issues or any other cause.
They compared 200 to 300mg of caffeine daily against those consuming less than 10mg.
“Taking patients with caffeine intake < 10 mg/day as a reference, patients with moderate caffeine intake had a lower risk of all-cause and cardiovascular mortality.”
Cardiovascular deaths were 45% lower in those consuming a moderate amount of caffeine.
Death from any cause was reduced by about 30% in the same comparison.
The researchers also discovered that most of the benefit was found in women and people with “well-controlled” blood pressure.
“The benefit of reducing all-cause mortality risk was significant in female patients or patients with well-controlled blood pressure but not in male patients or patients with poorly controlled blood pressure.”
Note that outcomes were not worse in any groups consuming a moderate amount of caffeine.
A moderate amount is the equivalent of 2 or 3 cups of coffee per day.
A different statistical analysis came up with similar results.
People who consume moderate amounts of caffeine are at the lowest risk of dying from cardiovascular problems or any other cause.
“Non-linear relationship analysis also showed that moderate caffeine intake had the lowest HRs of all-cause and cardiovascular mortality in the present study.”
You should always consult your healthcare practitioner for guidance on medical diagnosis and treatment.
