Never ask her out and get mattress time with her every time

Matt here, and I’m hearing this sort of thing from guys all the time now thanks to this new method I’ve perfected…

“I’ve become a bit of a p***y with this new method, Matt…

I can’t stand rejection anymore.

I NEVER do what I used to do — how could I ask girls out and risk all that rejection?

I’m spoiled with this new lens discovery… now I have my pick of any woman I want…”

And it’s true — any guy using this lens method has his pick of the litter.

Younger girls, attractive girls, knockout girls…

I put this method into this short little tutorial — watch it only if you are sick of rejection and never want to get rejected again — but want to get laid like crazy

(WARNING: This tutorial contains triggers and may be NSFW or not good for guys trying to avoid adult triggers.)

This is 1 of the biggest drivers of erections problems

Estrogen isn’t just a female hormone. It puts the brakes on cellular energy production.

Estrogen impairs the body’s ability to thrive at a fundamental level – that’s why it’s associated with so many different diseases.

High estrogen is one of the biggest drivers of erections problems.

Poor erections is associated with low testosterone – but rarely is testosterone supplementation enough to reverse the problem.

And researchers may have uncovered the reason why low testosterone is associated with – but not the primary cause of – poor rockiness.

They believe that increasing estrogen (a primary cause of erections problems) drives down testosterone levels.

The accumulation of body fat which is strongly tied to erections problems serves as a massive production facility for estrogen…

…which eventually shuts off the signal to produce testosterone.

The medical hypothesis was outlined by researchers at The Advanced Medical Group, Marietta, GA, USA. This paper was published in Medical Hypothesis.

Hypogonadism is the name given for insufficient production of testosterone in the testicles.

Secondary hypogonadism means that the testicles themselves seem to be in good shape but the signal to produce testosterone is not reaching them.

This is very common in poor rockiness.

“The occurrence of secondary hypogonadism is a common finding in males who seek help with ‘penile’ dysfunction, although the relationship to diminished testosterone is unclear.”

There are a couple of possibilities here.

First, a primary problem with the hypothalamus, the part of the body which sends the signal to produce testosterone.

Second, the possibility that high estrogen is interfering with the hypothalamus causing a loss of signal.

In both cases the “signal” is gonadotropin. This is a hormone released from the pituitary gland which travels to the testicles and triggers the production of testosterone.

To put it simply, the question is whether this loss of signal is caused by estrogen interfering with the hypothalamus.

“Is the cause a defect in hypothalamic function or estradiol inhibition of gonadotropin release? Both of which result in decreased testosterone production.”

The researchers point towards the fact that estrogen and testosterone levels seem to go in different directions.

(Estradiol is the main form of estrogen in circulation.)

“As testosterone levels decrease and estradiol levels increase, the ratio of free testosterone to estradiol reaches a critical point and the estrogenic gonadotropin suppressive effects predominate.”

The researchers speculate, based on the evidence..

…that when estrogen levels get high enough then the signal to produce testosterone is completely suppressed.

High estrogen could cause a complete failure in the testosterone producing system.

“This ratio may signal the biological point of no return and could become one of the criteria for defining the separation of the transitional hypogonadal state from the final ‘end stage’ hypogonadotropic hypogonadal state.”

The theory is supported by the fact that the more fat a man accumulates the lower his testosterone is likely to be.

Estrogen can be produced anywhere in the body – but fat cells are estrogen factories

And the fatter you become the more estrogen you produce – the lower testosterone you’re likely to have…

…and the more likely you are to suffer from erections problems.

“As the aging process continues, there is a relative accumulation of fatty tissue, and aromatization accelerates the conversion of testosterone to estradiol.”

Of course, the accumulation of fat, the drop in testosterone and the likelihood of erections problems are not simply caused by “aging.”

They are caused by diet and lifestyle habits.

“This additional secondary estradiol inhibition results in the maintenance of the testosterone deficient state, and the aging process continues uncontested.”

Body fat, high estrogen and low testosterone – when uninterrupted – accelerate aging and disease processes.

But these factors can all be interrupted and corrected.

This earthy superfood is a natural aromatase inhibitor.

This means it stops the conversion of testosterone into estrogen — so testosterone STAYS testosterone…

And now T levels are going up while estrogen is going down.

And the proof is in the pudding — the extreme erections you’re experiencing, the raging bull stamina and drive you’re now feeling…

Even body fat is melting off and being replaced with lean strong muscle.

All because of this 1 earthy superfood that lowers estrogen while raising T…
