Eat one of these 5 foods to naturally improve blood flow and boost male performance

I’ve found 5 special foods that are rich in nutrients men need for good blood flow.

These foods work by destroying plaque blockages and restoring flexibility to stiff, constricted blood vessels… so blood flow improves…

Blood flow improves all over the body, even down in the penile chambers…

And when blood flow is great down in the penile chambers, men get really good, long-lasting “rockiness.”

And it’s as easy as eating one of these 5 foods…

Hint: This also naturally lowers blood pressure — WITHOUT pills.

The cocoa bean contains compounds called polyphenols which have numerous beneficial health effects.

Dark chocolate can contain very high concentrations of healthy polyphenols.

This high-polyphenol chocolate can improve insulin sensitivity and lower blood pressure.

This human research took place at the University of L’Aquila Italy. The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published the results.

The polyphenols in chocolate are known to have many health benefits.

These researchers wanted to test the effects of high-polyphenol chocolate on blood pressure and insulin sensitivity.

“We hypothesized that polyphenol-rich dark chocolate was able to improve insulin sensitivity and decrease blood pressure in healthy subjects.”

The research recruited 15 healthy people and randomly assigned each of them to one of two different trials using different types of chocolate.

“The study was conducted in 15 healthy persons (7 men and 8 women) aged 33.9 ± 7.6 years recruited from our medical staff.”

The participants got either dark chocolate or white chocolate for a period of 15 days.

The amount of chocolate was matched according to the amount of calories provided.

Dark chocolate contains a lot of polyphenols whereas white chocolate has most of the polyphenols removed.

“15 healthy subjects were randomly assigned to receive either dark chocolate bars or white chocolate bars.”

The researchers tested insulin sensitivity and blood pressure changes, comparing results from the beginning of the supplementation period to the end.

Then the participants were told to avoid cocoa and chocolate for one week.

After that week, the participants were switched over to the opposite group…

Those who had dark chocolate in the first phase got white chocolate in the second phase (and vice versa).

“Successively, subjects entered a further cocoa-free washout phase of 7 days and then were crossed over to the other condition.”

The researchers did the same testing after this one-week trial.

Insulin sensitivity was assessed using HOMA-IR. This is a complex method that takes into account numerous different test results.

Dark chocolate led to significant decrease in the HOMA-IR scores.

Lower HOMA-IR scores means that the participants had significantly improved insulin sensitivity after supplementing with dark chocolate for one week.

“HOMA-IR was significantly lower after dark than after white chocolate ingestion (0.94 compared with 1.72).”

Dark chocolate also lowered blood pressure by over six points.

“Systolic blood pressure was lower after dark than after white chocolate ingestion (107.5 ± 8.6 compared with 113.9 ± 8.4 mm Hg).”

The study shows that dark chocolate can significantly improve insulin sensitivity and may help lower blood pressure.

“Dark, but not white, chocolate decreases blood pressure and improves insulin sensitivity in healthy persons.”

This supports the theory that the beneficial effects of chocolate come primarily from the polyphenols, which are concentrated in dark chocolate.

Other studies looking at polyphenols and chocolate have shown that even dark chocolate has a huge variance in the amount of polyphenols.

This study used a well-known German brand of chocolate.

“Participants were assigned dark chocolate from Ritter Sport Halbbitter, Alfred Ritter GmbH & Co, Waldenbuch, in Germany.”

Scientists have been trying to discover the health benefits of chocolate for decades.

Researchers first began to suspect that the cocoa bean could have significant health benefits when they observed low levels of diabetes and cardiovascular disease in people who ate a lot of cocoa.

“The low cardiovascular mortality observed in Kuna Indians has been hypothesized to be consequent to high ingestion of cocoa-rich beverages.”

Chocolate is added to a lot of very unhealthy foods.

But plain dark chocolate has many health benefits.

Personally I enjoy milk chocolate which also contains plenty of polyphenols and tastes better to me — so enjoy whatever form of chocolate you like most.

I even love M&Ms despite their food coloring. What a great invention they are!

And if you think sugar is bad for you, if you think sugar is harming you…stop believing the mainstream media!

This simple “sippy cup” activity kick starts the body into burning sugar again

Most men think eating sugar is a bad thing…

But I’m here to tell you that you can eat sugar and carbs and sweets, and enjoy MORE advantages than men who don’t eat sugar…

It all comes down to whether or not you have a sugar-burning metabolism…

Men with sugar-burning metabolisms experience:

  • Faster, more youthful metabolism
  • More energy and stamina
  • Perfect blood sugar
  • Better male “rockiness” and performance
  • Live decades longer than other men

The problem is — most of us have fat-burning metabolisms.

Our bodies don’t burn sugar anymore and this causes all sorts of health problems that we associate with getting older…

Fortunately, I’ve discovered a solution…

…a super simple “sippy cup” activity that kick starts the body into burning sugar again, no matter how long it’s been…
