My findings continue to amaze me.
Magnesium’s effects on the body are still not fully understood.
It is involved in more than 325 enzymes in the body.

And that brings us to today’s study.
The review of human research was carried out at George Eby Research Institute. The findings were published in Medical Hypothesis.
The researchers of this study say that magnesium deficiency is more common than it used to be.
Because water has been de-mineralized and food has been processed, stripping it of its minerals.
And this deficiency caused problems with brain chemistry leading to various neurological disorders.
“(…) With most of these enzymes being brain-related, the possibility that magnesium deficiency is involved in a variety of neurosis can be safely assumed.”
So, to prove these claims, they reviewed the results of magnesium supplementation in 4 different human cases.
The first case was a 59-year-old man who became depressed.
He became depressed after a year of extreme personal, business, and noise stress, as well as poor dietary habits (fast food).
The second case was a 23-year-old woman who suffered from traumatic brain injury.
She became depressed after a period full of stressful events and malnutrition.
The third and last case was a 40-year-old irritable and anxious man with intense cravings for tobacco, alcohol, and cocaine.
The findings were ASTONISHING.
Really astonishing…
All these patients were given magnesium glycinate or magnesium taurate in the 125 to 200mg range.
After just 1 WEEK of supplementation…
…they were relieved of all their symptoms.
Let’s read case-by-case.
In the first case, the 59-year-old man was sleeping well again and free of depression.
“The 59-year old man experienced life-saving benefits from magnesium. The first night after starting magnesium, sleep was restored essentially to normal. Within the following 4 days, depression was greatly reduced for 4–6 h after each magnesium dosage. Anxiety steadily disappeared. Tetany and headaches rapidly disappeared.”
In the second case, the 23-year-old woman got rid of her depression and got her memory back.
“After 1 week of magnesium treatment, the 23 year old woman became free of depression. Unexpectedly, her short term memory and IQ also returned.”
In the third case, the 40-year-old man was not depressed and addicted anymore.
He also mentioned his appetite was suppressed.
“The 40-year old man found himself free of his symptoms within a week, and unexpectedly found his craving for smoking, dipping, cocaine and alcohol to disappear also. It seemed that magnesium deficiency caused his habituation. He also noted that his ravenous appetite was suppressed, and beneficial and desired weight loss ensued.”
All in all, these patients must be grateful to have been introduced to magnesium.
Magnesium genuinely saved their lives.
