Nearly everything we’ve been told about soy is untrue, including the claim that it’s a staple of Asian diets…

——Important Message——-

You will probably never meet these men who often live to 95 or older. But here’s their secret.

These men are not vegetarians. They regularly eat meat, even pork.

And, no, they are not physical fitness nuts.

NONE of them work out, and NONE of them do purposeful physical exercise.

A lot of them smoke.

And no, they are not genetically gifted… When these men move to a typical Western country, they don’t live this long.

This proves that their long life and virility has to do with lifestyle, not genetics.

And the most striking thing is, these men have sex with their wives practically until the day they die…

…well into their 90s and even into the low 100s.

I have found ONE major health trick that all these men use…

This ONE health trick gives them long LIFE, sexual potency, AND cancer-free health…

(Hint: High blood pressure and high cholesterol may be ESSENTIAL to the great health these men enjoy.)

Here is the weird health trick I found out about… that these men all have in common.

—————–

They’re lying about this “healthy food”. Are you affected?

Some guys are starting to cut out soy. They’ve already realized it’s not really a health food.

That’s because they have found out it kills libido, it kills erections, and it kills testosterone…

And it even shrinks your gonads…

Ouch! I’ll stop now. That’s more than enough information…

But, hold on, it’s not. We need to add to that list:

Soy also makes you fat.

In this study, researchers looked at obesity in different parts of the world – rich and poor. They looked at soy and sugar intake, body mass index (BMI), and gross domestic product (GDP).

“We analyzed data from WHO and FAO for 167 countries. These contained percentage of obese individuals (BMI > 30 kg/m2 ), GDP, caloric consumption per capita, and sugar and soy consumption per capita.”

[cmamad id=”14677″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

(WHO is the World Health Organization and FAO is the Food and Agricultural Organization.)

And they found that there was more obesity in countries where people ate more soy.

“For instance, poor Latin America – with soy consumption of 28.9 kg/person/year – has more obesity (18.4%) than better-off European Union (14.1%) consuming 16.1 kg/person/year of soy.”

Soy is used to stretch meat in processed meat products such as burgers and hot dogs. You can’t tell it’s there.

Is this why poorer people are eating more soy without even knowing?

“Soy consumption correlates significantly with levels of obesity,  irrespective of GDP and caloric intake…”

In other words, even if you can afford to eat more food, you won’t necessarily be fatter.

So long as you avoid soy.

So there goes the “lazy and greedy” hypothesis…

…also known as “calories in, calories out” (CICO).

“Caloric imbalance (over-eating and lack of exercise) that has been for many decades widely acknowledged as the cause of obesity, is now regarded as an inadequate explanation…”

Do I hear a cheer from the many guys who work hard at trying to lose weight and just don’t get results?

Chances are, you can change this just by avoiding soy… Simple.

Just throw out the soy oil, and the mayo, and the margarine… and NEVER touch tofu…

Not too difficult, right?

There’s just one problem:

Soy hides. Where? In everything!

It hides in unexpected places that you don’t think to check.

Like here…

It hides in restaurant and hotel food.

“Soy flour and soy oil throughout the baking, bread-making, cooking, and supermarket supply industries, (and) in the restaurant, hotel, cafeteria, and multiple fast food industries.”

It hides in your pills. Yes, you read that right.

“Soy lecithin is also used in the pharmaceutical industry, not only in the production of capsules but also in their medical contents. Soy oil is hydrogenated to create many medical formulations (e.g. compounded in commonly used beta blockers).”

It even hides in your fridge. It’s hiding there now…

But hold on a minute.

Soy is a traditional food in Asia… Isn’t it?

Doesn’t that mean it’s passed the test of time?

Yes. But traditionally soy was fermented. And it was used mostly for flavoring.

Soy was not usually eaten as a bulk staple like rice, except during times of starvation.

But soy is now coming back to Asia in unfermented Western forms.

And this kind of soy is full of bad stuff…

“Soy contains phytoestrogens plus phytates, protease inhibitors and other anti-nutrients which block or compromise the body’s uptake of essential vitamins and minerals.”

These are estrogens (phytoestrogens are estrogens).

“Genistein (a phytoestrogen) interferes with metabolism in many ways and may induce increased fat accumulation and distribution over the body…”

And in case you thought snacking was all about a lack of willpower…

“Antinutrients in soy – such as trypsin inhibitors and phytates – block the absorption of minerals such as iodine, zinc, iron, magnesium, copper, and chromium…”

As a result, this can drive you to snack as you try to get more minerals.

Soy is a scam.

I don’t use the word “scam” lightly. The soy scam is a massive wave of health destruction.

According to Soyatech, “world soybean production has increased by over 500% in the last 40 years.”

It didn’t grow like that on its own.

It’s heavily promoted as a cheap protein that is as good as animal protein – or even better than animal protein.

“The soy industry generates an extensive array of new products affecting most of the global processed food supply with new processed foods promoted daily.”

And they keep finding new places to hide it.

Personally, I’m suspicious when I see the claim “high protein” on anything. It might be SOY. Definitely, check the label!

But, now that I’ve mentioned animal protein…

Another way to avoid hidden soy is to eat less animal protein.

Like vegetarians, right? Those guys who eat nuts and lentils and, um, soy.

Yeah, I know. But our food animals are often fed soy…

When they mess with our food things get weird.

So, it’s best to go back to basics. Check all the stuff mentioned above.

And choose animal proteins that have less soy in the animal’s food.

Beef is lower in soy. Chicken and eggs are higher in soy.

Look for grass-fed and free-range meat products, now that you know why it matters.
