It sounds complicated, but I’ve made it super-simple with this cellular smoothie…

Doctor says: Eat more burgers and ice cream
What if you could eat burgers and ice cream and drink beer and soda, and just waste the food energy and become thinner and thinner?
What if, instead of storing the food as fat, your body could burn it up as body heat?
What if you became leaner and felt better than ever before?
And what if your sexual potency and powers increased and increased…
Well, this major university paper tells you all about it – burning fat (lipolysis) and thermogenesis (burning up food energy as heat instead of packing it on as belly fat.)

Thermogenesis increases body heat and burns off belly fat
I’ve personally tried intermittent fasting, restricting calories, and extremely low-carb diets.
And I found that all of these approaches can help you lose weight in the short term – but then you gain it back in the long term.
It’s the classic yo-yo, and it’s terrible for your health.
And it’s all because these types of approaches mess up how your metabolism works.
They often cause you to lose lean muscle mass as well.
When you lose lean muscle mass you’re setting yourself up for failure…
And that is because lean muscle mass sets the rate of your resting metabolism.
[cmamad id=”20575″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]
And your resting metabolism largely determines how much you can eat in a day.
This study shows an alternative way to keep from gaining weight that may surprise you…
The good news is no dieting is needed.
The counterintuitive way to keep weight off…
This study took place over quite a long period of time (10 years).
It showed that the people who were least likely to gain weight in the future were actually also the least likely to go on a diet.
In fact, in the study, people who ate regular meals gained the least amount of weight.
“Common factors among young women and men who succeeded in managing their weight in the long term included eating regularly rather than dieting.”
Eating regular meals is something that I promote all the time.
And I advise that you eat fairly low-fat foods as well.
Fat is very calorie-dense. But one of the most troubling things about the fats in our current diets is that we eat so much polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs).
These fats are really bad for your health – although most of the medical community will tell you that they’re good for you.
This is one of the biggest Big Agriculture cons of all time.
(But remember, I’m not a doctor and I can’t give medical advice – so please make sure to do your own research.)
Now let’s get back to preventing weight gain.
If you don’t want to gain weight in the first place, you have to understand how to prevent weight gain.
As the famous saying goes – an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
“To effectively prevent weight gain, understanding the factors underlying weight management that precedes the gain, or primary weight management, is of utmost importance…”
Dieting is a very short-term solution.
The challenge with eating regular meals to prevent weight gain is that it seems like it wouldn’t work.
And so a lot of people go on diets to try to lose weight.
But this approach does not get good long-term results.
“Even though dieting may seem a logical solution to weight management problems, it can actually increase weight gain and eating problems in the long run.”
It’s important to remember that your body functions as a complete system, and not as a simple calorie-in-and-out machine.
It needs enough fuel to function properly.
When you don’t get enough fuel, you can screw up many of the systems in your body – and those systems can become messed up for a long time.
And then it becomes harder and hard to lose weight over time.
That’s why supporting your natural biological systems is so important.
And you do that with the proper fuel.
“Regular and sufficient meals support the natural biological functions of the body, and help in managing one’s eating habits and weight management in the long term.”
What to do if you’ve already gained weight and want to lose it…
There are a few tricks to losing weight and keeping it off, which you can learn more about on this website and in our newsletter.
But the basics are very much what we’ve already gone over.
Make your basic eating plan lower in fat, use healthy fats like coconut oil or butter, and don’t skip meals or starve yourself.
You don’t want to gorge, but it’s much better to fuel your body properly than to create a situation where you are not getting the nutrients you need.
Whatever you do, don’t do those extreme types of diets.
They aren’t good for you and they won’t get you the long-term results you’re looking for.

How most diets create dangerous blood fat
Dieting always produces blood fat – and blood fat is toxic to men and it wreaks havoc in the body:
This blood fat causes prostate inflammation, diabetes, erectile dysfunction, weight gain, and more…
But if you eliminate harmful blood fat from your bloodstream, you’ll notice the difference right away…
You’ll start losing body fat naturally without changing a thing…
And you’ll feel younger and healthier… like you did as a young man.
Your erections will be impressively tall and rigid, full and engorged… And you’ll be able to last much longer when you’re having sex… You will impress any woman with your confidence and sexual performance…
