Don’t listen to the misinformation. At last, here’s the real way to safely and effectively raise your Vitamin D levels.

“It was hard…and then we got into bed and it suddenly deflated like a flat tire…”
Why is it that before we were in bed, I was roaring, rigid, ready for sex…
…but when it came time for the act itself…nada? It was flat tire time…
I felt a strong drive, but I didn’t feel confident that it would work when I got into bed with her…and it didn’t.
Now, though, that’s all changed.
Because now when I feel like having sex, I’m ready to do it.
And I stay ready for as long as I’m with her, for as long as I’m inside her.

The BIG Vitamin D mistake.
One of my friends was sick for six weeks and another one has been coughing for three months.
There is absolutely nothing fun about getting the flu or any other upper respiratory infection.
And they can cause SERIOUS problems beyond just making you feel bad for a few weeks or have a cough.
“Acute respiratory tract infections are a major cause of global morbidity and mortality and are responsible for 10% of ambulatory and emergency department visits in the USA and an estimated 2.65 million deaths worldwide in 2013.”
Did you read that? 2.65 million deaths!
That’s a lot of people dying from upper respiratory infections every year.
But there’s an easy way to help prevent some of these infections.
And it’s safe…
Vitamin D in the form of vitamin D3 has been shown to reduce the risk of getting upper respiratory tract infections in the first place.
If you don’t have enough vitamin D in your bloodstream you’re more likely to get sick.
Vitamin D is also known as the “sunshine vitamin.”
This is because your body makes it when your skin is exposed to the sun.
But those of us who live in places that have winter – or who just don’t spend enough time outside – are often very deficient in this critical vitamin.

Vitamin D deficiency is really bad news.
Vitamin D affects how every cell in your body works.
And a vitamin D deficiency can cause all kinds of health issues, including susceptibility to colds and bad cases of the flu.
“Observational studies report consistent independent associations between low serum concentrations of 25-hydroxyvitamin D (the major circulating vitamin D metabolite) and susceptibility to acute respiratory tract infection.”
Your doctor probably isn’t going to tell you this…because most doctors are trained to prescribe Big Pharma chemicals.
It’s not their fault, it’s just the solution to everything as where their training is concerned.
And I’m not a doctor so, of course, this isn’t medical advice. I’m just reporting on the scientific studies. Before you take anything new please consult with your doctor.
Getting enough vitamin D is pretty easy.
You can take vitamin D as a supplement.
If you do that, then D3 is the type you want to take.
Most studies similar to this one recommend up to about 4,000 IUs a day.
You can also get your body to produce more vitamin D by hanging out in the sunshine without sunscreen.
If you use sunscreen, then you won’t get the kind of vitamin D production you would without sunscreen.
For this to work, your skin has to be directly exposed to sunlight.
When you take vitamin D, you will start to give your body more of what it needs.
And, happily, you’ll reduce your risk of upper respiratory infections.
“Vitamin D supplementation reduced the risk of acute respiratory tract infection among all participants…”
What’s really remarkable about this study is that vitamin D supplementation worked for everybody who used it.
Most of the time, things work for a certain percentage of people but not for others.
But vitamin D is used so extensively in our bodies put it to good use when they get it.
Not only that, but it seems that the cheap supplement type of vitamin D actually works better than the more expensive intravenous application.
“Vitamin D supplementation was safe and it protected against acute respiratory tract infection overall. Patients who were very vitamin D deficient and those not receiving bolus doses experienced the most benefit.”
“Bolus dose” means vitamin D through an IVs.
I write about vitamin D a lot in relation to other health issues, especially erection problems.
In conjunction with a few other protocols, it really seems to help get the penis functioning at the top of its game again.
(But that’s an article for another day.)
Most people who work in office jobs or do other inside work are vitamin D deficient.
Your doctor can give you a blood test if you want to know for sure.
One thing to note if you do start taking vitamin D…
Make sure you take vitamin D in the morning.
Because is associated with sunshine, it will keep you up at night if you take it in the evening.
It’s amazing that this simple vitamin that’s available in every drugstore and every grocery store can give you so much protection.
But it really does.
Here’s to staying healthy over flu season!
