Why is the University of Texas interested in people who have android fat? Are you in that group?

This simple household liquid CUTS blood pressure better than Big Pharma treatments can.
It’s true.
You can go and take a swig of it right now.
If you do so, your blood pressure will drop…
This liquid is SO easy to use that Big Pharma companies do NOT want you to know about it…
Otherwise, they will lose out selling their expensive chemicals that have tons of bad side effects.
In fact, this household liquid is part of the reason why I dumped my blood pressure pills into the trash!

The android fat pattern
A recent study shows that nonfat milk can help people manage spikes in their blood sugar.
The participants in this study were overweight or obese people.
The researchers carried out their experiments at the University of Texas at Austin with.
The study enrolled 29 overweight or obese adults.
“In this placebo-controlled, randomized, crossover experimental study, 29 overweight or obese adults were tested.”
The researchers used a DXA body scan to look at the body composition of the participants.
These scientists were interested in people with the android fat body type.
The android fat pattern is the apple-shaped body type.
Android fat accumulates around the belly and upper body, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and the nape of the neck.
This android body fat type is associated with an increased risk of some chronic diseases.

“Android body fat increases the risk of developing cardiometabolic diseases.”
Scientists believe that post-meal high blood sugar is a particular risk factor for people with android fat.
“Postprandial hyperglycemia contributes to the proatherogenic metabolic state evident in android adiposity.”
(“Proatherogenic” has to do with artery walls.)
Some studies show that milk proteins can prevent spikes in blood sugar (hyperglycemia).
But these researchers wanted to find out if milk could help people with android fat.
“Postprandial hyperglycemia has been shown to be reduced with the addition of dairy products.”
Dietary fat can interfere with blood sugar.
So the researchers used nonfat milk in this experiment.
The participants took an oral glucose tolerance test in milk or a drink containing similar macronutrients.
And then everyone repeated the test with both drinks.
“Participants consumed 75 g of glucose with either nonfat milk or a nutritionally similar drink.”
People with high levels of android fat had more problems with blood sugar spikes.
“Relative increases in peak blood glucose response were significantly related to android body fat.”
Nonfat milk blunted the increase in blood sugar that showed up in the glucose tolerance test.
People with the highest levels of android fat benefited the most from nonfat milk.
“Participants with the highest levels of android body fat displayed attenuated hyperglycemic responses.”
Researchers believe that spikes and dips in blood sugar cause damage to the arteries.
And we know that this damage can lead to endothelial dysfunction and cardiovascular disease.
The researchers were interested in the effect of nonfat milk and measures of endothelial dysfunction.
They use a process called flow-mediated dilation to test for endothelial dysfunction.
People with android fat had improvements in flow-mediated dilation after drinking nonfat milk.
“Subjects with the highest levels of android fat showed improvements in flow-mediated dilation after the milk intake.”
This result shows how we can lower the risk of long-term cardiovascular events.
In addition, improved flow-mediated dilation also results in greater oxygen supply to the extremities of our body.
Nonfat milk can help those at highest risk from sugar spikes.
“A single serving of nonfat milk may attenuate acute hyperglycemia in individuals with elevated android adiposity.”
The researchers believe this simple technique can help manage blood sugar levels.
“Nonfat milk offers a simple and convenient option for managing elevations in blood glucose.”
Previous studies have shown that regular milk can help with blood sugars spikes.
This is the first study of this type using nonfat milk.
And the studies show that the blood-sugar-lowering effect of milk occurs predominantly in the first 20 minutes after the oral glucose tolerance test.
Recent population studies show an association between higher dairy intake and lower risk for cardiovascular disease.
These studies indicate that dairy intake is more protective for those who have a higher risk of cardiovascular disease.
You should always consult a healthcare professional about treating and diagnosing health problems.

Canadian researchers show diabetes can be reversed – but for how long?
I live in the United States, where Big Pharma controls nearly everything. And their motivation is profit, profit, profit.
So I can’t imagine a study like this coming out here…
But this Canadian study confirms what we’ve known for quite some time.
Type 2 diabetes is, in many cases, reversible.
That is remarkable, considering that almost the entire medical establishment says that once you have it, you have it…
And (according to them) there is nothing you can do except take super-expensive Big Pharma chemicals.
Here’s the long-known diabetes fix that Big Pharma doesn’t want you to know about…
