Iron overload ages us and contributes to ED and Alzheimer’s…but it only takes 2 minutes to check, and a few more minutes to fix…here’s how…

Lose weight, lower estrogen —> by eating MORE ice cream???
Yes, you can dig in, despite what they say!
Because these rich foods may contain the key to getting rid of flab and lowering estrogen…
Remember, losing fat will also cause you to lose estrogen. And THAT is the best thing for men having great erections…
And it turns out that foods such as ice cream may contain the KEY to losing fat and lowering estrogen levels…
That’s what I stumbled on after years of research.

Suffering from iron overload? How to tell…
It’s not very often that we get to be a hero AND improve our health at the same time… And without the risk of major side effects.
But it turns out that donating blood…
[cmamad id=”13392″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]
…the thing that the Red Cross begs you to do after major disasters and at holidays…
…can actually make you a bit of a hero AND make you a whole lot healthier – fast.
And it all has to do with a common metal found in red meat and even the pans that we cook in – iron.
Iron is a crazy substance.
Your body can’t do without it.
You need it to make red blood cells.
In the right amounts, it is very important for your overall health.
Not having enough iron can make you quite sick.
But, when you have too much iron in your blood, it can cause major health problems.
Unfortunately, with the amount of red meat that most people eat (and red meat really isn’t all that bad for you, otherwise) our iron levels are often really quite high.
High iron levels can play havoc with your immune system.
Here’s how:
“These bacteria are usually dormant. But they can be revived when iron becomes available in the blood, and begin secreting lipopolysaccharides (LPS) – molecules on their cell walls that are recognized by the immune system and stimulate inflammation.”
We’ll come back to the problem of inflammation and how it can cause major health issues in a bit. But right now let’s look at…
How you make sure that you don’t have too much iron your blood…
Even though most people (especially men) have far too much blood iron, it’s actually pretty easy to get rid of the excess.
All you need to do is to go to your local blood donation center and give blood.
Seriously… that’s it.
Giving blood is really safe. And if you can’t give blood for some reason, you can have your doctor draw it and you will get the same health benefits.
“Giving blood more frequently – up to every 8 weeks for men and every 12 weeks for women – has no major side effects and could help to increase blood stocks…”
This is good news because giving blood not only saves other people’s lives – it also helps protect your own life.
Because giving blood has been shown to lower iron levels.
This is important. Lower blood iron levels (not too low of course) are very helpful in fending off inflammation.
Now, you aren’t going to hear this from the medical establishment. Because they like to treat symptoms.
But the reality is if you can reduce internal inflammation, then a lot of other medical issues GO AWAY on their own.
Why is inflammation so important?
Inflammation is one of the underlying causes of many chronic conditions that most people face today.
Whether you suffer from diabetes, fibromyalgia, heart disease, or even suicidal thoughts, the evidence is mounting that internal inflammation is a huge cause of ALL of THESE.
When you reduce inflammation in your body, you can start to fix some of the underlying issues that go with these diseases.
And what we are seeing is that these diseases often improve rapidly when our students take steps to reduce internal inflammation.
So here’s the summary:
Giving blood helps reduce iron in the bloodstream.
That reduces inflammation that high iron causes by activating bacteria. And that helps to fix chronic illness.
So it seems that some of the ancient medical people had things right when they used leeches to suck the blood out of people who were sick.
Now I don’t recommend attaching leeches to your arm or anything like that. But…
…giving blood can really be super-beneficial to your health.
Reducing internal inflammation pays huge dividends in the long run.
And by giving blood you reduce the amount of iron in your body and reduce the internal inflammation that’s caused by too much iron.
——Important Message——
Internal inflammation causes erection problems. Here’s how you can fix everything…
It’s been proven again and again.
As in this study:
“These data strongly suggest that ED is an immune inflammatory disease.”
The CAUSES of this are also CAUSING high blood pressure, diabetes, and GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
Some men won’t have ALL of these problems yet, but why not start fixing it now.
You’ll lose excess pounds without even trying. You’ll look a lot better.
Your energy will come roaring back.
And you’ll feel more confident because the same internal inflammation affects your brain. And fixing it will make your brain cells HAPPY…
…bringing back your drive and restoring your libido and the sensitivity of your penis.
This stops internal inflammation and also ends erection problems

Hemochromatosis is a physical condition where too much iron builds in the body. Though a balanced level of iron is very necessary for the body, an increase in the normal levels can cause harm. Over time it can poison the organs and in extreme cases, cause organ failure. Iron usually builds up in the liver, heart and pancreas and a Hemochromatosis test can ensure if a person has too much iron in the body. There are two types of Hemochromatosis.,one that is genetically linked ( Primary Hemochromatosis ) and the other ,where a different disease or condition that can cause iron overload ( Secondary Hemochromatosis ).One of the most common genetic disorders in the U.S,it is hard to pinpoint iron overdose based on physical signs or symptoms. Thus a Hemochromatosis test is relevant. If proper medical attention is not given, Hemochromatosis can lead to liver problems, heart problems, diabetes, Joint damage, Arthritis, cause the pituitary and thyroid glands to become underactive and can also damage to the adrenal glands.A Hemochromatosis test can help find out, if one has more than the necessary iron levels in their body. Blood tests are the usual way to measure this. These include tests to analyze Transferrin saturation, serum ferritin level and liver function tests. The usual treatments for a Hemochromatosis condition include therapeutic phlebotomy, dietary changes and iron chelation. This could help reduce the amount of iron levels in the body back to the normal state.
2. Is it important to take an iron level test?
Yes it is very important, even critical to take an iron level test since higher than normal iron levels or vice versa can wreak havoc on the body. Low levels of iron in the body can cause anaemia. The usual causes for these low levels are long term or heavy bleeding and in the case of pregnancy. High levels of iron in the body can also be due to genetic conditions, too much blood transfusions, oral iron pills or iron injections overdose and in many a case, due to chronic liver diseases such as Chronic Hepatitis C infection, alcohol consumption and in some cases due to non alcoholic steatohepatitis. In cases where there are high levels of iron or low levels of iron (Anaemia), it can lead to stomach pain, chest pain, and increase in health palpitations, joint pain and unexplained fatigue. If respective medical intervention is not made, presence of high or low iron levels can cause organ failure, especially to the liver and spleen. Usually in a iron level test, the level of existing iron in the body is tested. If the amount of haemoglobin is low in the body or if there is a iron deficiency the iron level test (iron, ferritin, transferrin and transferrin saturation analysis) can help clarify these details. Thus an Iron level test can determine iron deficiency and can help take the necessary steps to augment any imbalance in the normal levels.
