Trying this 3rd-world erections treatment…
A few minutes later, back at our table…as Angie orders dessert and I gulp down another glass of wine…
…I feel a painful cramping in my crotch.
Jolts of searing pain shoots down my legs…
And I can feel my junk swelling up like a balloon hooked up to a pump.
Dear God, it feels like it’s going to BURST!
I start to panic as I realize what I’ve done…
My desperation has driven me to use black market erections treatments in the middle of a 3rd-world country…
And then the world starts going blurry and begins to spin…

Strange hidden power of milk
There is a lot of misinformation and outright lies in the health and wellness market.
I could list them out and it would take the entire space I have to write today. So… I’ll focus on one problematic thing that people say to me all the time and that keeps them from good health.
People are always telling me, “But Matt, I thought milk was bad for you?”Nope. Milk is incredibly good for your body.
Milk is more than just a drink. It has a special substance called mEVs that can help repair the gut barrier.
At the same time, milk, as nature’s first functional food, plays essential roles in the development of the intestinal barrier and gut immune system. Both human and bovine milk are rich in extracellular vesicles (mEVs), which are nanosized particles containing beneficial components that can improve gut immunity and quality of gut bacteria.
This barrier is important because it stops harmful things from getting into our blood.
When people have a “leaky gut” or intestinal permeability, it can cause diseases like inflammatory bowel disease and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
These diseases are common, but there aren’t many treatments for them.
Intestinal permeability is a recognized feature of several inflammatory and autoimmune diseases affecting the digestive system, including inflammatory bowel disease and celiac disease.
Scientists at the National University of Singapore have found that mEVs can help treat these diseases.
They got the mEVs by taking out the fat, protein, and lactose from both cow and human breast milk.
Then, they gave the mEVs to lab models.
The mEVs helped repair the gut barrier and stop toxins from getting into the blood.
After orally administering mEVs to the models, the researchers observed that their intestinal inflammation was suppressed, and the damaged gut barrier was repaired. More importantly, the mEVs prevented the leakage of gut bacterial toxins into the bloodstream, effectively averting toxin-induced liver damage.
The substances in milk helped fix both fatty liver disease and inflammatory bowel disease.
Our research shows that treating the leaky gut with mEVs can ameliorate both inflammatory bowel disease and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, two types of diseases that are seemingly unrelated,” said Asst Prof Wang, the lead author of this study.
This is AMAZING. A lot of times if you have IBD you are told to avoid dairy products.
But this research suggests that the exact opposite is true – that milk can actually fix IBD.
The other thing that I find fascinating about this study is that they are showing that gut health affects multiple diseases…
Diseases that doctors view as unrelated – in this case, fatty liver disease and irritable bowel syndrome.
In my view, every system in the body is related.
It’s why you see so many diseases happening at the same time.
So if every single system in your body is related, then when you fix the underlying causes you will often see improvement across the board.
Back to milk…
I’m a huge proponent of drinking milk – unless you have milk allergies.
You can drink skim, 2%, or whole milk (depending on your fat loss goals).
And if you are lactose intolerant, it’s fine to drink “lactose-free” milk.
Milk has tons of health benefits, and personally I consume plenty of dairy.

This one special supplement protects the gut from bad fats
There are certain foods that leave behind bad fats when we eat them…
And these bad fats clog up the guts and the intestines…
And when the intestines are covered with this bad fat, the body stops refining and using sugar…
And it starts piling up as glycogen, which can really mess up not just the gut, but the liver and metabolism too.
It can even cause diabetes.
And worse yet, if you let too much of these bad fats pile up in the gut, it can spread down to the male member…
And that’s awful for rockiness.
These bad fats basically stop up blood flow and make erections nearly impossible.
That’s why I’m using this one special supplement that’s cheap and easy to get — it can stop this rapid gut deterioration
And this way, I’m able to keep enjoying the foods I love (in moderation of course), without having to worry about these bad fats.
