Stomach sticking out? May add years to your life

It may sound crazy, but all those “lose flab” programs and diets may actually be cutting years off your life, making the sweat and struggle of losing weight pointless!

“Why is my T so low?”

The doctor wrote it out on the pad.

Testosterone injections.

Earl wondered, “Why is my testosterone low?”

The 29-year-old doctor shrugged. “You’re getting older, that’s all. I write these for men all day long.”

But was Earl’s testosterone low just because of his age?

Were his performance in bed dropping and his erections getting less frequent because of aging?

No, it wasn’t that Earl was old. It was something he was eating…

And this food is so common, you could be chewing it while reading this right now…

…and your testosterone is falling with each bite.

That’s why the doctor sends so many men to get testosterone injections…

…but if they only knew about this testosterone killing food, it would all be so much easier.

Here’s Earl today:

Click here to discover the foods that are killing testosterone and performance – and how to get it all back up without visits to the doctor.

Stomach sticking out? That may add years to your life.

The most common health theme tossed around today is losing weight.

Supposedly you need to lose weight to be healthy.

Everybody says so…

So no wonder men believe that they only need to lose weight to regain their health.

I’m not saying that it’s bad to be thin, but it is bad to be too thin.

[cmamad id=”3639″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

People who carry some fat are generally the healthiest and live the longest.

Obviously, it’s not good to be morbidly obese. But losing weight is very dangerous.

I am going to show you why in this article.

This review looked at a number of studies which together involved hundreds of thousands of men.

These particular studies are very weak, but their conclusions are strikingly similar to every reliable weight loss study that you can find.

Intentional weight loss appeared to be associated with slightly increased mortality for healthy individuals.

If you are healthy and you drop weight, you are increasing your risk of shortening your lifespan and dying sooner.

Even if you are overweight, it may be safer not to lose weight. And, if you do choose to lose weight, to do it very very slowly.

Here’s another study that shows exactly the same thing.

In this study, researchers conducted a seven-year study on two groups of men.

Approximately 5,000 men in a “weight loss” group were compared to the same number in a “usual care” group.

What makes this study so authoritative is that it relied on death certificates for outcomes.

Dying is a fact. It can’t be faked or fudged.

It wasn’t about why participants died during the seven years, but that they died.

And because weight loss affects so many different things, it’s important to note how many of the “weight loss” group died compared to those in the “usual care” group.

Weight reduction = increased risk

The rate of death for those who lost weight was 1.6 times higher than for the other group.

And the greater the weight change, the higher the death rate.

Very heavy men were a notable exception.

For them, losing weight did not increase their mortality rate during the study period.

Men who cycled – lost weight and gained it back – had the highest mortality rate during the seven years.

Among those, the men who gained back only some of their weight had almost twice the death rate – worse than the ones who gained all of their weight back.

Think about that for a moment.

Reducing weight shortens lifespans, believe it or not…

In fact, these studies show that losing and regaining SOME of the weight is worst.

It may be better, if you lose, to gain ALL of it back, in terms of increased lifespan.

Except for VERY obese men…

Only very obese men do better when they lose and keep their pounds off.

Now have a look at one more study review that shows why losing weight can be so dangerous.

It also suggests a safe way to lose…

To understand what that means, you have to realize that there are two types of body mass: fat mass and lean mass.

Lean mass includes the weight of your muscles and organs, including your brain.

Fat mass includes the amount of fat stored in your body.

As we age we generally lose lean mass. And it’s very hard to get it back.

Lean mass is who we really are. Fat mass is the gasoline tank that is strapped to our body.

This study went into enough depth to show that the key is this… Losing fat is healthy but losing lean mass is dangerous.

Weight reduction was associated with increased, and fat loss with decreased, mortality.

So how do you lose fat but avoid losing lean mass?

Well, that is essentially the weight loss challenge. Because it’s very difficult – even impossible – to lose fat without losing lean mass.

One thing that makes it easier and safer is to lose fat very slowly.

If you do it that way, you will minimize the amount of lean mass you lose along the way.

Personally, I find losing one pound in a week is the upper limit of safety.

It’s even safer to lose half a pound a week, which is still 25 pounds over a whole year.

Very slow fat loss is the only way to ensure you aren’t losing too much lean mass at the same time.

You will feel better and look better, and achieve the health benefits of being at a healthy weight…

…while avoiding the dangers associated with losing “lean mass” and getting the benefits of losing “fat”.

How to REALLY lose fat (and increase muscle).

They are lying to us. It isn’t losing that counts… it’s losing FAT MASS.

And today’s diets KILL lean mass and make a man older, sicker, and more likely to die sooner rather than later.

Ugly…

FORTUNATELY, I have found a way to lose fat, that actually INCREASES your health and probably makes you live LONGER.

It works by burning fat “in place” – where it sits in the fat cells.

The fat burns off automatically… slowly enough not to be dangerous to your health, but fast enough to give you and your wife or GF a huge smile…

Best of all, it works without you having to miss meals, count carbs, or limit calories.

When your belly shrinks, guess what looks and feels bigger down there, LOL?

…your wife’s eyes will grow big in the bedroom when she sees what you are sporting…

Here’s how you can lose fat safely, without sacrificing precious lean mass or going on dangerous diets
