—-Important Message From Lloyd Lester—-
She’s not faking it — or is she?
Hey, Lloyd here, and women’s O’s are a lot more complicated than men’s…
Sometimes it can be hard to know if you’re really pleasuring her enough…
…or if you’re pleasuring her the right way…
Which is why this new technique backed by Rutgers is so unstoppable…
It gives men a foolproof way to help women climax faster, more intensely, and more often.

Eating these 2 fruits can make you sexier to women
Everyone wants to be smarter. Women love a smart man!
And in recent years, research on supplements which enhance mental function has exploded.
The market for smart treatments, AKA nootropics, had already exceeded $1 billion by 2015.
That’s how highly people value their mental faculties.
Much of the research into brain boosting substances has focused on relatively new treatments like piracetam.
Many of these treatments are effective at boosting mental function – but the long-term effects of the substances are not well studied.
However, there are a number of natural substances which humans have been eating for 10s of 1,000s of years which are proven to boost mental function.
These include blueberries and grapes.
This human study was carried out at the Pôle Neurosciences Cliniques, Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Bordeaux, F-33076 Bordeaux, France. The results were published in the journal Antioxidants.
Students find themselves under immense pressure to perform in exam situations. So they turn to mental boosters to improve their scores.
As we age, our mental faculties decline. And so older people are also looking for solutions to increase mental performance.
Many of the chemical performance boosters out there are dangerous or have unknown health effects.
“These uncontrolled medicines and practices involve enormous public safety issues possibly leading to major health complications. Hence, it is crucial to propose quick and safe alternative solutions for cognitive performance enhancement and maintenance during a cognitively demanding effort.”
Luckily, some healthy foods contain compounds which are natural cognitive enhancers.
“Plant derived compounds found abundantly in fruits, vegetables, cocoa, and certain beverages are able to enhance cognitive function in both humans and animals.”
Fruits contain high levels of these natural mental stimulants – classed as polyphenols.
This study was designed to look at the effect of polyphenol rich extracts of 2 different fruits.
“This study investigated the acute and sustained action of a polyphenols-rich extract from grape and blueberry.”
The researchers included 30 healthy adults for their experiments.
All of the participants performed a number of tests which assessed their mental performance.
They all sat the tests twice – once with the fruit supplement and once with an inactive placebo. The order of the tests was random.
The fruit polyphenol supplement consisted of 2 capsules containing a total of 600mg of the fruit extract.
During the experiments, the researchers took the active or placebo capsules – then, 90 minutes later, performed the tests.
“90 minutes after supplementation, cognitive functions were assessed for one hour using a cognitive demand battery of tests.”
The researchers found a boost in general mental performance from the fruit-based supplement.
“The extract from grape and blueberry may be a safe alternative to acutely improve working memory and attention during a sustained cognitive effort.”
The experiment found a surprising result in the area of mathematics.
In one of the tests, the participants were assigned to tasks involving subtracting one number from another.
The scores on this test were massively different depending on whether the participants had taken the fruit extract or not.
Scores on the math test were 2.5 times higher when participants had consumed the fruit polyphenol supplement.
“A 2.5-fold increase in serial three subtraction variation net scores was observed following supplement consumption versus placebo.”
The polyphenols contained in blueberries and grapes can improve mental performance.
They can particularly improve the ability to manipulate numbers in your head.
There are other proven brain boosting foods too…
Tea, coffee, and cocoa are also nootropic.
They all contain polyphenols similar to those found in fruit.
They also have other brain boosters (called xanthines) like caffeine and theobromine.
Coffee, fruit and a little chocolate (cocoa) can really get the brain firing on all cylinders.
—-Important Message About Foods That Help You Live Past 100—-
What is their secret? These men in their 100s drink, smoke, and have sex like they’re 25…
I’ve found a hidden group of men in the Eastern Bloc who are living well past 100, even 115 and 120… AND having great sex.
Not just good sex, GREAT sex. As if they are men in their prime, in their 20s and 30s!
And I’ve identified one single thing these older men are doing (that I am now doing myself) that leads to a very long and sexy life.
Keep in mind, these men routinely smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, and eat what they want.
