—-Important Message About Staying in the Moment—-

Ever feel like you’re stuck inside your own head during sex?

You’re turned on, it’s feeling good… but you can’t stay in the moment…

You keep getting distracted… thinking about other things… worrying about your performance…

Well I’ve found a solution… a 60-year-old technique that can improve intimacy and connection between partners during sex…

It’s called sensate focus, and it was developed by Dr. William H. Masters and Virginia E. Johnson in the 1960s.

The point of sensate focus is for both partners to let go of their expectations and judgements…

…and instead focus solely on the sensory aspects of touch like temperature, texture, and pressure.

The idea behind sensate focus is that it allows the couple to relax and be mindful of the sensual touching experience…

…without being weighed down by preconceived ideas of what “should” happen.

So sensate focus helps reduce sexual performance anxiety while allowing you to immerse yourself in the experience and enjoy every second of it.

So how do you use sensate focus with a woman?

Well Masters and Johnson developed it as a 5-step process…

And it was very complicated and technical… so I made it easier…

This makes it effortless to fully enjoy sex and stay in the moment — increases pleasure, helps you last longer, and greatly boosts confidence

How to pee like a racehorse with one simple supplement

Benign prostate hyperplasia is a common swelling of the prostate gland.

The swelling is due to inflammation.

One treatment for benign prostate hyperplasia is 5-ARI treatments.

These treatments include finasteride and dutasteride.

These medications decrease one of the main male hormones – DHT.

But it seems that DHT is not a cause of prostate problems – in fact DHT is quite protective of the prostate.

DHT acts by preventing inflammation which causes prostate irritation.

These commonly recommended prostate treatments may be causing more harm than good.

The human research was carried out at the University of Florence in Italy. Findings were published in Prostate.

Benign prostate hyperplasia, the common swelling of the prostate, is strongly linked to metabolic problems.

“Metabolic syndrome and benign prostate hyperplasia are often comorbid.”

Increased inflammation throughout the body is a common factor in both of these diagnoses.

“Chronic inflammation, a determinant factor for prostate hyperplasia, is a possible link between the two conditions.”

The study set out to examine the role between the metabolic syndrome, inflammation and prostate hyperplasia.

The first part of the research involved examining prostates which had been removed from patients in numerous hospitals across Italy.

“We evaluated whether metabolic syndrome is associated with prostate inflammation and specimens from patients who underwent prostatectomy.”

In the second part of the study, they carried out some cell experiments to learn more about the initial findings.

“In addition we investigated the in vitro inflammatory effects of metabolic insults on human prostate cells.”

The researchers found more inflammatory cells in the prostates of men who had a greater degree of metabolic problems.

“Inflammatory cells in prostate specimens showed an increase with the number of metabolic syndrome factors present.”

That first finding confirms the inflammatory link between prostate hyperplasia and metabolic disease.

But the researchers also found that low testosterone predicted a greater degree of prostate inflammation.

“Increased inflammation was also significantly associated with hypogonadism – low testosterone.”

This finding is a problem for current prostate recommendations.

You see, testosterone is the building block of DHT – and DHT has been blamed for causing prostate problems.

But men with low testosterone – and presumably low DHT – have greater inflammation in the prostate.

The researchers then began carrying out experiments on prostate cells to see what metabolic or hormonal factors come into play.

They were focused on inflammatory proteins found in large amounts in men with prostate problems.

The first finding was that oxidized LDL cholesterol seemed to trigger inflammation and prostate cells.

“Oxidized LDL triggered the highest secretion of inflammatory protein IL-8 – a surrogate marker for prostate inflammation.”

The researchers were curious about what would happen when they added DHT into the mix.

The research showed that DHT decreases inflammation in the prostate.

“Co-treatment with DHT significantly inhibited the increase in inflammation and prostate cells.”

This protective and beneficial effect of DHT on the prostate was probably surprising to the researchers.

It can be difficult to believe, given all of the headlines about the dangers of male hormones in the prostate.

So the researchers decided to double check the results. They added another substance into the mix.

This time the researchers added a chemical that blocks DHT.

A chemical similar to that used to treat prostate hyperplasia.

When they blocked DHT, they also prevented the anti-inflammatory effect of the hormone.

“The androgen receptor antagonist reversed DHT’s anti-inflammatory effect.”

That treatment acts in a similar way to finasteride and dutasteride – treatments which are used to treat benign prostate hyperplasia.

Those treatments shrink the prostate gland – so they can help with symptoms in the short term.

This research shows that blocking DHT production is only making things worse because the degree of prostate inflammation increases.

The common problems which lead to low testosterone and metabolic syndrome likely play a major role in prostate problems…

By lowering testosterone and DHT.

“The beneficial effects of DHT in counteracting prostate alterations suggest that testosterone, by its conversion to DHT, may have unexpected beneficial effects on prostate health.

These and other studies have shown that the male hormones are actually protective of the prostate gland.

Estrogen, serotonin, and endotoxin are the major drivers of prostate disease.
