The MHI score is calculated by multiplying these three factors…

Do you want to reverse diabetes but still eat pizza and drink beer?
Imagine pouring yourself a cool, refreshing glass of coke and eating a steaming slice of cheesy pizza…
…without worrying and without thinking about that shot of insulin after.
Men everywhere are getting rid of the terrible side effects of Big Pharma’s chemicals…
Imagine, without all the pills your blood sugar is back to normal and you’re bouncing off walls…
AND you’re feeling that hard stirring in your pants… You’re ready to nail your woman like you haven’t in years… Life is good, SO good!

See inside: What’s your MHI score?
This is about migraines, but it’s more about getting rid of chronic pain.
So first, I’ll address migraines, and then other types of pain such as back pain, arthritis pain, etc.
Right now, we only get about a 30% improvement in migraine with the safer pharmaceutical treatments.
The surgical intervention for migraines is quite controversial…
But a new analysis provides hope that this procedure can help people with otherwise untreatable migraines.
These researchers published their study in the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Some surgeons have been performing surgeries on patients with chronic and severe migraines for years.
Plastic surgeons noticed that patients who suffered from migraines reported improvements after some cosmetic procedures.
This observation led to the development of some procedures in an effort to address trigger points on the skull that are linked to some types of migraines – and other headaches.

This study assessed people who had these cosmetic procedures.
The researchers assessed the participants through a questionnaire about general pain sensation.
The questionnaire also asked about migraine-specific pain (post-surgery).
The study included 90 surgery patients.
The patients completed these thorough examinations about pain sensation before surgery and again one year after surgery.
“Ninety patients were enrolled prospectively and completed the Migraine Headache Index and general pain questionnaire pre-operatively and at 12 months post-operatively.”
Analysis showed that migraine surgery improved all assessments of both general and specific migraine-related pain after surgery.
“All scores improved significantly from baseline.”
Pain specialists compared the scores for migraine before surgery to other pain-related conditions… And they found that migraine headaches are among the highest-rated chronic pain conditions.
“Mean pre-operative pain coping score was extremely poor compared with scores reported for other pain conditions.”
BUT the massive post-surgery improvements were greater than any improvements in any other pain condition.
“Improvement of pain coping score after migraine surgery was higher than seen in other pain conditions after treatment (112%).”
The amount of pain recorded in the initial pre-surgery assessments did not have any influence on the beneficial outcome of the surgery.
“Preoperative pain scores did not influence postoperative outcome.”
The pain-coping rating assesses general pain.
But it also assesses the person’s ability to function in relation to migraine headaches.
The improvement in pain-coping scores after surgery indicates a decrease in disability from migraine syndrome – AND a decrease in general pain.
When it comes to the part of the questionnaire relating to migraine-specific symptoms (MHI), researchers found that surgery reduced all debilitating aspects of migraine headaches.
Migraine surgery decreased headache frequency, headache duration, and the severity of migraine headaches.
Improvements in migraine-specific ratings were 76% on average.
“Average MHI (migraine-specific symptoms) score at 3 months in this group was 25, with an average improvement of MHI of 76%.”
These factors make up the MHI score:
- Number of days of migraine headaches per month
- Headache duration
- Level of headache pain on a scale of 1 to 10
With surgery, migraine frequency went down by two thirds and migraine duration went down by almost half.
And pain sensation from active migraine headaches went down by almost half as well.
In the combined assessment of migraine symptoms and frequency, the average score went from 131 to 38.6 (lower score = fewer symptoms).
For decades, migraine has been assessed biochemically.
Many times, scientists thought they’d found the biochemical key to migraine syndrome – only to be proven wrong.
This study shows that there may be a large physiological or structural component to the onset of migraines – and this knowledge may lead to a very useful treatment for chronic migraine sufferers.
You should see a healthcare professional about diagnosing and treating migraine or other pain-related conditions.

If you want to get rid of pain, roll back your metabolism.
I know it sounds crazy… But if you roll back your metabolism, you will have great sex again and great health… And your pain will go away too.
Before you say “Matt that’s insane,” let me explain… Hear me out!
As we age, the pain of a fall or a bruising can stay with us for years.
I busted my knee in the car and I could still feel the pain even months after the bruising was gone.
And it got me thinking… Did we feel this pain when we were kids? No, we didn’t…
So what was different when we were kids?
Our metabolism was just so fast that it would heal and repair any damage immediately. But as we age our metabolism slows down…
That’s why even a simple fall could be devastating for a senior citizen (but I’m not saying that you’re one LOL).
So how can we make our metabolisms faster so we feel less pain and we regenerate faster?
I discovered that drinking this simple shake in the morning speeds up my metabolism…
Wounds heal faster and better…
AND your energy level soars… and you get back your youthful sexual performance.
How about that?
