Men: Are you taking any of these? Please check now…

Men who take these Big Pharma drugs are basically guinea pigs.

Treatments for high blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol…are super-dangerous…

Drugs like Actos, Avandia, Abilify, Janumet, Victoza (just to name a few) have very serious (even life-threatening) side effects.

Studies have identified this and these drugs are now on their way out.

But what if you didn’t need any of these dangerous Big Pharma treatments at all?

Here’s how men are getting off those dangerous Big Pharma treatments within two weeks – naturally – through raising their metabolism.

Run a marathon without shortness of breath

Many men don’t have asthma SYMPTOMS…but they still suffer from poor lung capacity and poor oxygen levels in their body.

By solving the asthma riddle, we not only help asthmatics – we help ALL men get incredible youthful stamina.

Using the method I’m outlining, I can walk up steep hills without ever getting out of breath.

And I can out-compete far younger men. Not because I work out. I don’t.

It’s because I’m using this simple method that I first discovered when I was getting rid of asthma.

Asthma is one of the most common lung disorders. It causes tightening of the airways and creates viscous mucus.

It also causes coughing and wheezing and leads to decreased sleep and decreased productivity.

Asthma prevents many of its sufferers from taking part in some physical activities.

There are some relatively effective treatments for asthma…

However, the Big Pharma solutions come with nasty side effects.

A recent trial has shown that one form of vitamin E is effective in fighting asthma.

This exciting new discovery in vitamin therapy was uncovered at the UNC School of Medicine and published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology.

After searching through masses of population data on diet and asthma symptoms, the scientists made a breakthrough:

A lower risk of asthma is associated with higher amounts of vitamin E.

There are a number of different types of vitamin E. The most common is alpha-Tocopherol.

The alpha-Tocopherol form of vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant and it’s beneficial for many health problems.

But previous work investigating the alpha-Tocopherol form of vitamin E did not show any benefit for asthmatics.

This led scientists to investigate another form of vitamin E known as gamma-Tocopherol.

The study enrolled 15 people who had mild asthma.

These were people with a history of wheezing and shortness of breath – but they weren’t using daily medications to suppress the symptoms.

This was a placebo-controlled and double-blind study.

Study subjects received either gamma-Tocopherol or an inactive placebo.

The researchers examined the participants prior to the main experiment.

This examination looked at sputum production and other markers of asthma.

A day or two later, the subjects were subjected to an asthma-triggering pollutant – they were exposed to bacterial endotoxin.

Bacterial endotoxin is a very common airborne asthma trigger. It causes inflammation in the lungs.

The study found that people who received vitamin E were protected from the asthma-inducing effects of bacterial endotoxin.

“Gamma-Tocopherol reduced sputum eosinophils, mucins, and airway neutrophil recruitment 6 and 24 hours after challenge.”

Eosinophils are white blood cells that increase because of an asthmatic response.

Mucins contribute to the production of mucus/sputum/phlegm.

The researchers examined the rate of mucus clearing after the bacterial challenge…

And they found that mucus cleared much faster in the people who had been given gamma-Tocopherol vitamin E.

“Mucociliary clearance was slowed 4 hours post-challenge in the placebo group but not in the gamma-Tocopherol treatment group.”

Mucins (the generators of asthmatic mucus) decreased in the subjects who had been given gamma-Tocopherol vitamin E.

“Total sputum mucins were reduced at 24 hours post-challenge during gamma-Tocopherol treatment compared with placebo.”

The study concludes that over a period of two weeks gamma-Tocopherol reduced asthma and related inflammatory responses to the common bacterial trigger.

“Gamma-Tocopherol supplementation reduced inflammatory features of asthma, including sputum eosinophils and mucins, as well as acute airway response to inhaled bacterial endotoxin challenge.”

Maybe future investigations will determine whether a vitamin E supplement could help millions of asthmatics reduce their risky medications.

The vitamin E dose used in this study was 1,200 mg of gamma-Tocopherol per day – quite a high dose.

Safety studies would have to be carried out on the dosing level. However, it seems likely that it would be safe.

One potential problem is that vitamin E and vitamin K2 are affected by the same detoxification pathways.

So it’s possible that an excess of vitamin E would lead to a depletion of vitamin K2.

Appropriate vitamin K2 supplementation could prevent this problem.

You should see a healthcare professional about lung problems or any other health concerns.

Men with high blood pressure are playing this breathing game.

It’s like a party trick at the doctor’s office…one time the doctor was so baffled that he called in a few nurses to check the machine.

How does it work?

When you have your blood pressure checked, you simply close your eyes and you change your breathing for less than the minute.

It’s very easy to do.

But the best part is when the numbers start going down! 3 points down, 5 points down, 13 points down!

And if you do the breathing trick in the morning and before bed, your blood pressure drops permanently.

The breathing trick works by increasing the oxygen to your tissues.

Its long-lasting effect is getting your blood vessels to expand and contract, expand and contract – like they are supposed to.

Here’s the simple breathing trick that lowers blood pressure problems for good.

Try it next time you have your blood pressure checked LOL
