In many ways, this may be the most important article I’ve ever written.
Take a look at this chart, and you’ll see that the richer you are, the less you spend on healthcare.
The top earners spend about $12,000 per year in the US. The lowest earners spend almost 50% more.
But having a better financial outlook doesn’t just help you save money on your health care spending.
Now it turns out that the richer you are, the longer you live.
Look at this chart:
Why do rich people spend LESS on health care, but live LONGER?
Why do rich people use LESS medical care?
It boils down to the fact that rich people are healthier.
So they consume FEWER medical services.

And they’re healthier because they’re able to spend more for better nutrition.
They buy better quality food and can afford a truly balanced diet.
Plus, richer people usually live a healthier lifestyle.
They have access to great trainers or at least full gym memberships.
And when you’re healthy, health care costs less in doctors and medications.
Poor people have a lot of bad lifestyle choices made by their lack of funds.
Lower income people often use smoking to compensate for stress.
Also, they can only afford highly processed, bad food.
And those highly processed foods contain a LOT of PUFA fats.
This supports the fact that if you can stay away from these medical rat traps, you can achieve a huge amount of health.
By being able to eat better and have access to better lifestyle choices, you can avoid poor health.
And without developing poor health, you can dodge the doctor and Big Pharma bullets.
You don’t get stuck taking medications with side effects which lead to more medications.
To give you an idea, these are the three most profitable health issues for Big Pharma:
Guess what?
Americans spend MORE on blood pressure and ED pharma than on fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and nuts COMBINED.
You have the chance now to become rich in health.
What you need to do is realize that Big Pharma has you by the balls.
There is NOTHING good about the medical rat hole.
It is an endless cycle of suffering and spending.
If you can improve your body’s metabolism, then you can enjoy the lifestyle of the very rich.
And you can do it while keeping your medical costs DOWN.
One of my courses often cost $67.
Even if you spend $150 per month on better nutrition, what if you go from $18,000 a year to $12,000 per year?
It works for me, I don’t go to the doctor much.
I pay very low insurance because I’m healthy and I have a high deductible.
I want nothing to do with health “care.”
So I save oodles of money.
And you may take the same journey in your own way.
Stop trusting in medicine and the medical rat hole.
Copy what the rich people are doing for their health.
Become rich in health — that’s what really counts.
