The number one way to have more sex is to have a great metabolism.

In this study, researchers found that there was a direct tie in between increasing a man’s testosterone levels and having more partner sex.
A dramatic increase in serum total and free testosterone levels was observed in patients who achieved normal sexual activity.
The men having sex often doubled their testosterone rate over time, but ONLY with partner sex.
And, on the flipside, low testosterone:
is related to the loss of sexual activity.
What’s more is that since the time of this study, they have discovered more consequences of having less sex.
If you are not having regular nocturnal erections or partner sex, you may develop penile fibrosis.
The body works on the premise of use it or lose it in so many ways.
And when it comes to the penis, not using it causes other issues.
The body reasons that reproduction is not necessary when you are fighting off various metabolic problems.
So it doesn’t waste time worrying about keeping the penis functioning and focuses on the other issues.
