A man can become smarter and more clever using this simple vitamin that enhances mental sharpness.
—–Important Message—–
“…I still marvel at what happened to me…”
I was always embarrassed and afraid of dating.
Girlfriends would leave me because I was always such a flat tire in bed.
It was a huge worry, all the time. Could I perform sexually?
I was always afraid I could not.
Life was a living hell. I wished I could somehow live without a dick and just be a hermit under a bridge.
Fortunately, I’m a researcher and a fanatic about improvement and about trying things that can make life better.
I tried hypnotists, I tried doctors, I tried everything… After all of those that did NOT work…
I landed on this new life, where any man can have intercourse for an hour or more…
…where life becomes so easy and simple… It’s just SO easy to get what you want…
Women approach you, touch you, want you… They slip you their phone numbers (my wife always laughs when that happens, LOL)…
And you can see it all here…it’s incredible…the most amazing story that can make your life awesome…
This will bring back the excitement to you AND to her, and make her the most exciting girl in the world… And even if you don’t have a girlfriend yet, you will see how intensely useful this is starting tonight…
Don’t believe it is possible? Go here to find out how I did it…

Navy Seal mental sharpness
Navy Seals must focus, must concentrate. One false move can mean not just death, but death for the entire unit.
And that brings me to vitamin B6…
B6 is a vitamin found in trace amounts in a wide variety of different foods.
And it is critical to an energetic metabolism.
B6 is also necessary for the conversion of fat and sugar to energy. And B6 is necessary for Navy Seals and for you and me.
Vitamin B6 also seems to be of prime importance in protecting the aging brain.
A long-term human study shows that dietary and blood levels of vitamin B6 are closely related to the rate of cognitive decline.
This study was carried out by a team of nutritionists at the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland who published it in the journal Nutrients.
The point of this study was to look into the effects of B vitamins on brain function during the aging process.
“Advancing age can be associated with an increase in cognitive dysfunction that ranges in severity from mild cognitive impairment to dementia.”
[cmamad id=”18630″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]
Some prior studies had shown associations between B vitamins and changes in brain function.
But the relationship was not fully understood.
“B vitamins are associated with cognition in aging but the evidence is not entirely clear.”
This study tested the relationship between low levels of B vitamins and rapid cognitive decline.
“The question was whether lower dietary or blood levels of B vitamins would be associated with a greater than expected rate of cognitive decline.”
155 healthy adults (men and women) between the ages of 60 and 88 years old were included in the study. The study took place over a period of four years.
The study used a questionnaire called the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE).
The MMSE questionnaire is a standard basic test for cognitive decline and dementia.
The scientists tested the participants at the beginning of the study and again at the end.
“Participants were screened for cognitive function and then reassessed four years after initial investigation using the Mini-Mental State Examination.”
The Mini-Mental State Examination questionnaire scores cognitive function.
The scientists also took samples from the participants to test their levels of B vitamins.
The participants completed dietary questionnaires that the researchers used to assess their dietary intake of B vitamins.
As expected, there was some cognitive decline over the four-year period.
“At the 4-year follow-up assessment when participants were aged, the mean cognitive MMSE scores had declined from 29 to 27.5.”
But a subsection of the participants performed much worse than average.
“27% of participants showed a greater than expected rate of cognitive decline.”
Low levels of vitamin B6 in the blood increased the risk of accelerated cognitive decline by 3.5 times.
“Lower vitamin B6 status was associated with a 3.5 times higher risk of accelerated cognitive decline.”
The scientists then looked specifically at the vitamin B6 dietary intake.
And they compared that against the rate of cognitive decline.
Low dietary intake of vitamin B6 increased the risk of advanced cognitive decline 4 times.
“Lower dietary intake (0.9–1.4 mg/day) of vitamin B6 was also associated with a greater rate of cognitive decline.”
This level of vitamin B6 intake is not much lower than the recommended daily allowance of 1.7 mg per day.
And that brings into question whether or not the recommended daily allowance is high enough for older people.
A word of caution: Very high intake of vitamin B6 can cause problems for some people.
B vitamin supplements often contain 50 to 100 mg of vitamin B6, which is probably too high.
5-10 mg per day is probably a good range for B6.
Low B6 is strongly associated with rapid cognitive decline in people in their late 60s and beyond.
“Lower dietary and blood vitamin B6 predicted a greater than expected rate of cognitive decline over a 4-year period in healthy older adults.”
There you have it: Optimizing B6 levels can protect your brain.
“Vitamin B6 may be an important protective factor in helping maintain cognitive health in aging.”
You should always consult a healthcare professional about treating and diagnosing health problems.

Navy Seal mental sharpness
I wanted a way to keep my brain young and to out-compete guys half my age…
I wanted to increase the speed of my brain, make my energy levels skyrocket, get my cellular machinery to burn faster and hotter…like a young person again…
When you do this, you not only feel warmer all the time…you also find that your penis gets super-hard now… Your erections are SO strong… It’s like you are a teenager again.
Unbelievable. But true.
I discovered this new breakthrough that makes the cellular mitochondria snap back to when you were 20 years younger…
This breakthrough is SO effective that Big Pharma is investing $2 billion a year into a drug they can patent.
But this is what I do… This simple combination of ingredients that you already have at home…
Here is one of MANY testimonies from men thrilled about being mentally young again:
