Why are wives and girlfriends of over-40 men feeding them this delicious, ancient superfood?

Simple – it’s because according to a study out of The Massachusetts Institute of Technology…

Men who eat this superfood have soaring libidos, unnatural energy, and enough “thrusting power” to keep their women satisfied all night long.

Eating this 1 ripe fruit can prevent IBS type symptoms

Gut bacteria can leak into the rest of the body and cause inflammation.

This inflammation is proven to cause everything from type II diabetes to erections problems.

One of the reasons why people become poisoned with their own bacteria is constipation.

When things don’t move along as quickly as they should, the gut becomes leaky – and the bacteria escape into the rest of the body.

These days, most people are constipated.

This is because they have been taking bad advice…

They’ve been advised to eat tough fibers and starches which actually cause constipation.

In reality, the gentle fibers contained in fruits are far more effective at keeping things moving.

One fruit in particular seems to be particularly effective at relieving constipation.

The human study was carried out at the University of Hong Kong. The findings were published in the World Journal of Gastroenterology.

In many parts of the world, the kiwifruit is thought to help with constipation.

Researchers in Hong Kong decided to carry out a scientific study to see if this is true.

The researchers recruited over 50 people for their month-long study. 33 participants suffered from chronic constipation.

The remaining 20 reported healthy bowel movements.

“33 constipated patients and 20 healthy volunteers were recruited for a 4-wk treatment of kiwi fruit twice daily.”

Over the course of the study, the participants were given kiwifruit to eat twice daily.

The participants recorded their daily bowel movements, which were later analyzed to see if there was any effect from kiwifruit.

Over 50% of people who had been constipated saw a significant improvement after eating kiwifruit a couple of times a day.

“Responder rate was 55% in the constipated group.”

There was a significant improvement in the overall number of healthy bowel movements too.

The researchers recorded, complete, spontaneous bowel movements.

Healthy bowel movements doubled with the addition of kiwifruit.

“The mean complete spontaneous bowel movement increased after treatment by 100%.”

Constipation sufferers reported feeling far less troubled by their slow bowels.

“There was a significant improvement in the scores for bothersomeness of constipation.”

People felt better and used significantly less laxatives.

(Many common laxatives are themselves a source of health problems.)

“There was improvement in satisfaction of bowel movement and decreased laxative use.”

Perhaps most importantly, transit time increased.

This is a measure of the amount of time that foods spend this in the gastrointestinal system.

The longer the transit time is, the more opportunity bacteria has to leak into the rest of the body, causing disease.

“There was an improvement in transit time.”

Interestingly, the participants who did not report suffering from constipation before the study reported no effects from kiwifruit at all…

That is, it doesn’t seem to cause diarrhea or loose stool in healthy people.

“There was no change in bowel symptoms for anorectal physiology in the healthy subjects.”

It is true that increasing dietary fiber can help with constipation – but the type of dietary fiber is extremely important.

The types of fibers which have been recommended…

Those from grains and seeds, generally cause constipation.

It’s one of the main reasons that people are so constipated these days.

But fruit fibers can help to increase bulk mass and get things moving along nicely.

“Increasing dietary fiber intake with kiwifruit is effective in relieving chronic constipation.”

It’s not just kiwifruit, many fruits can help to relieve constipation.

Unfortunately, many people get most of their energy from either tough starches or fats…

Both of which can cause constipation and a leaky gut.

Switching over to a high fruit diet can have remarkable benefits for your gastrointestinal.

How to know if you’re suffering from leaky gut — do the red beet test

Most men have guts that are way too fast or way too slow.

So I’ve come up with a quick way for a man to test out his gut health at home.

I call it the Red Beet Test, and all you need is some beets.

Eat them raw or cooked, however you prefer, and then wait to see them pass through your stool.

If it takes longer than 12 hours, your gut is too slow.

If it takes less than 12 hours, your gut is too fast.

And both mean you are suffering from a leaky gut, which is when poisons are spewing out of your gut and into the rest of your body.

But don’t worry — I’ve found a simple fix for both problems and it’s just as simple as the red beet test.
