A bigger penis – possible?

It’s actually easier than most men think.

First off, let me say that there’s no pumps, devices, or chemicals involved…

And I did not actually come up with these bigger penis formulas myself…

… I got them from a very reliable source that will shock and surprise you.

It’s a very weird and strange story of how a man made his penis longer and fatter and overcame erection problems…

…there’s a very surprising source of this important information and why most men have never heard of it.

Click here for the strangest story you’ve ever heard about how to get a bigger penis.

Let her do this to you (and lose a lot of fat, LOL)

I don’t know about you, but one thing about not being 20 anymore is that there’s often a little extra around the middle.

And that’s actually not all bad for a bunch of reasons I won’t go into here.

But gaining too much weight is bad.

Too much weight sets you up for cascading health problems…

And it predisposes guys to erection problems and other penis problems…

So it’s a good idea to find the easiest ways possible to maintain a reasonable weight.

And according to this study, it looks like I may have Jodi to thank for keeping me from becoming super thick around the middle.

[cmamad id=”15662″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

I’ll tell you how in a bit…

Human behavior is catching, kind of like a virus.

It’s really kind of strange actually. Because we think of ourselves as autonomous beings totally in charge of our own destiny.

And it turns out that may not be completely true.

If our spouse or girlfriend tries to lose weight, then it’s likely we will lose weight too.

And this is true even if we’re not dedicated to losing weight ourselves.

“The researchers found that when one member of a couple commits to losing weight, the chances were good the other partner would lose some weight too, even if they were not actively participating in a weight loss intervention.”

And that brings me back to my beautiful wife, Jodi.

Jodi has never had a weight problem because she’s serious about exercise and eating well.

I’m quite convinced it’s because of her good habits that I’ve only fluctuated up and down a bit.

I’m quite sure, with my love of white chocolate, that I could have gone up quite a bit more without Jodi’s commitment to her own personal health.

And this is where it gets weird – because she doesn’t nag me or bug me about it at all.

I just kind of absorb some of her good habits from her.

That’s how human behavior works. It “ripples” from one person to another.

So, to take this another step, it can work the opposite way as well…

If you want your girlfriend or wife to lose some weight, then getting serious about your own weight will probably help make that happen…

…even if you don’t say anything to them about theirs.

And I recommend that you don’t.

Generally speaking, saying stuff to a woman about her weight isn’t a great idea and can get you into a heap of trouble.

“When one person changes their behavior, the people around them change,” says Gorin, a behavioral psychologist. “Whether the patient works with their healthcare provider, joins a community-based, lifestyle approach like Weight Watchers, or tries to lose weight on their own, their new healthy behaviors can benefit others in their lives.”

Interestingly, these ripple effect results last for more than just a brief period of time, with couples showing results at both three and six months.

So the longer you or your partner sticks to a program, the more the other one is likely to lose.

“The results showed that the untreated partners of both those who tried losing weight on their own (the pamphlet recipients) and those who participated in the structured program (the Weight Watchers group) also exhibited weight loss at three and six months.”

Here’s the deal: Who we hang out with and what they are doing is super-important.

The behavior of those around us can have dramatic effects on our lives, our health, and what we achieve.

Because what the people who are close to us do (or don’t do) ripples into our own lives in pretty dramatic ways.

Are you suffering from “zombie tissue”?…

And like a crime victim, the zombie tissue is hoping help arrives. But help doesn’t always come.

Scientists call these “crying for help” signals cytokines.

From there, blood vessels begin to grow like crazy on that zombie tissue, and it can even become cancerous.

And because these pockets of zombie tissue get bigger and bigger a man puts on more weight, he looks fat, and he may even get cancer.

But there’s a simple activity that gets rid of this zombie tissue, just like a shot to the head kills a zombie.

This activity takes less than a minute.

And as the zombie tissue goes away your body starts taking on an athletic shape and your weight goes down.

Here’s the simple activity that gets rid of this dangerous zombie tissue,  makes your muscles bulge and flab melt off…look at the “zombie tissue” information on this important page…
