Long, healthy telomeres REVERSE aging at a cellular level… discover how to lengthen yours…

—–Important Message—–

Speaking of lengthening your telomeres… Do you also want a bigger penis?

It’s as easy as drinking a delicious juice…

Do you know some guys who swear by those stretching exercises? Yeah, they really work… But they are time-consuming and can result in injury.

And they really don’t add to what you have. They simply stretch it a bit.

But I met a man who used a VERY different approach…

This guy had a HUGE penis, but he started out very small.

He showed me the potent herbs from deep in the jungles of Colombia – and explained how they made his penis grow bigger and thicker…

He also said that drinking this stuff produces bigger, tastier loads – the kind girls love to swallow…

Lengthen Your Telomeres – “Adds 37 Years to Average Life”

For as long as there have been humans, people have been searching for the “fountain of youth” and the “key” to eternal life.

But most of the “discoveries” throughout history have been bunk.

And, truth be told, we haven’t found one single “key” to living forever yet (although I’ve come pretty close)…

However, there are a few trade secrets that I will share with you now, to help you live a longer, healthier life…

And one of these longevity secrets has to do with protecting your telomeres – which hold at least part of the “key” to aging.

So what the heck is a telomere?

The technical explanation of a telomere is that it is the end of your DNA strand, and its job is to protect the information contained in your DNA.

“Inside the nucleus of a cell, our genes are arranged along twisted, double-stranded molecules of DNA – called chromosomes. At the ends of the chromosomes are stretches of DNA called telomeres, which protect our genetic data, make it possible for cells to divide, and hold some secrets to how we age and get cancer.”

Telomeres protect your genetic data and they keep your chromosomes “together” – like the plastic tip on a shoelace.

[cmamad id=”20021″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]

Telomeres have been compared with the plastic tips on shoelaces, because they keep chromosome ends from fraying and sticking to each other, which would destroy or scramble an organism’s genetic information.”

Like most other things, telomeres can “wear out.”

And, as they wear out and get shorter, we age and succumb to more diseases.

Yet, each time a cell divides, the telomeres get shorter. When they get too short, the cell can no longer divide; it becomes inactive or ‘senescent’ or it dies. This shortening process is associated with aging, cancer, and a higher risk of death. So telomeres also have been compared with a bomb fuse.”

That’s why protecting telomeres is vital to living a longer and healthier life.

But how do we do that?

How to protect your telomeres

Beyond supplements and other interventions to stay healthy and live longer, there seem to be two “keys” to giving yourself the best shot at living a long and healthy life…

One is eating lots of fruit. And the other one is regular exercise.

We all know that regular moderate exercise reduces all kinds of disease risk and extends life.

It can help reduce feelings of stress as well.

(Though too much exercise has a negative effect.)

In this study, a group of people did aerobic exercise for 40 minutes at a time, 3 to 5 times a week.

These people also had a very stressful task of caring for loved ones with dementia or Alzheimer’s.

And the results showed that the people who exercised suffered LESS STRESS and enjoyed better health.

“At the end of the study, not only had the caregivers improved their cardiorespiratory fitness, reduced their body mass index, and trimmed their waistlines – they also reported lower levels of perceived stress.”

This isn’t new news…

It’s common knowledge that exercise can reduce how stressed out you feel.

But what is new (and AMAZING) is that exercise had a physical effect at the cellular level…

It not only protected the telomeres, but it had a lengthening effect!

“At the cellular level, the researchers observed longer telomeres in the participants’ white blood cells after the program.”

I can’t even express how remarkable this is.

When you lengthen your telomeres you give your body a huge natural defense against all kinds of diseases – things like cancer and heart attacks. Wow!

Exercise actually REVERSED the aging process at a cellular level.

This amazing anti-aging effect happens at the cellular level.

It is not easy to get that protection in any other way.

“The study’s findings suggest that, in addition to reducing stress, exercise can slow or even reverse telomeric aging in a highly stressed, at-risk group.”

If you want to live a long and healthy life, then it is a good idea to get to the gym or walk your dog 3 to 5 times a week.

The exercise doesn’t have to be super-intense…

It can be anything that gets your heart rate up – like a brisk walk.

Exercise is magic.

It protects your health and changes your body for the better.

—Don’t like to exercise? —–

You can benefit from this technique that I learned…

Think of a can of oil. You can burn the oil and it becomes a raging fire. Well, it’s the same in your body.

You can discover how to burn body FAT as body HEAT… And you can grow firmer, stronger muscles while you’re sitting on the couch.

The key is you will be WARM, WARM, WARM as your fat is literally burning away.

I know it sounds too good to be true…

But I’m telling you, the “key” to losing fat and gaining more muscle is to burn fat like a chimney…while being WARM, WARM, WARM…
