Sleep can heal or hurt… fortunately, this dead-simple approach to sleep fixes holes in your gut faster than a submarine crew repairs leaks in the hull.

—-Important Message—-

My experiment: Day by day went by, then a week. Still, the flab was there…

Jodi asked me what was wrong.

I told her that this wasn’t working.

Even though the biochemistry was right, something was just lacking and I would have to start all over.

I swallowed all those chemicals the doctor was giving me but felt worse and worse.

The next day, a Saturday, I knew something was up…

My waistband was a little looser. I could pull my belt in an extra notch. Wow.

The scale showed the same numbers, but I was sure thinner.

Then, over the next few months, I went from a size 38 to a size 32. And my numbers slowly fell to 175.

I realized that my 45-second activity was working to burn off my flab and create stronger, firmer erections.

But what about my testosterone?

The proof would be in a blood test showing whether the 45-second activity really raises testosterone too.

A few days later the results came back from the lab, and I was astonished.

Here are the results:

Now I was sure my 45-second activity was also raising my testosterone as well!

I was too confident and thought my weight would drop in days, but it did take a couple weeks.

Do you want the same results?

Here’s the 45-second activity I used to lose flab, restore my erections, and even raise testosterone too!

Is this sleep pattern as deadly as they say?

Everybody is talking about leaky gut these days.

What is leaky gut? Rather than the gut keeping the bad stuff to itself, microscopic openings have developed.

Those opening allow nasty toxins from food and bacteria and viruses to spill out of the gut into the rest of the body.

One major cause of leaky gut is alcohol.

Drinking too much alcohol or drinking it over an extended period can cause a gut to become leaky.

But another primary cause is disruption to our circadian rhythm – a natural 24-cycle that has to do with how we respond to daylight (and lack of it).

As this study shows, the two can work in tandem to make you even more susceptible.

The researchers had already done a study that showed that changing light and dark times, or disrupting sleep…

…accelerated disease onset, worsened severity of tissue damage, exacerbated inflammation, and increased mortality.

It is striking that much of this problem with disturbed sleep rhythms results in an intestinal inflammation called colitis.

In a human being this could be the in the form of not just colitis but irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), ulcerative colitis, or Crohn’s.

And now we know why disturbing or disrupting your sleep patterns causes of so many health problems:

Circadian disorganization causes increased permeability of the intestinal epithelial barrier in mice.

This increased permeability of the intestinal barrier – “leaky gut” – is what causes so many diseases.

Why is this so important? Because when you combine poor sleep with triggers like alcohol or a bad diet, you have a huge amount of bacterial-generated endotoxins that enter the body through the leaky gut.

These endotoxins, the worst of which is known as LPS or lipopolysaccharide, can cause fibrosis in the tissues. They can damage the heart valve, the liver, the kidneys, and the brain.

This LPS burden also damages the delicate beta cells in the pancreas, causing Type 2 diabetes.

Making sure that you sleep through the night is so important.

And it’s why, if you are on a shift schedule, you want to stay on that schedule for as long as possible.

Changing your schedule around will cause leaky gut and lead to inflammation in the body.

If you have to miss sleep or disrupt your schedule, it is best not to drink alcohol at all.

And to stop endotoxins from leaking into the body, avoid hard-to-digest foods that leave a residue in the bowel, a residue that ferments over many hours.

High-residue, fermenting foods to avoid include raw vegetables, brown rice, oats, whole wheat, and virtually all beans and lentils.

All of those tend to be difficult to digest, ending up in the bowel and releasing large amounts of endotoxins over many hours.

If you suffer from sleep disruption, these endotoxins will make health problems much worse.

Avoiding those foods should help you improve your gut health and lower the burden of endotoxins on your liver and the rest of your body.

Gut problems? Fixing them raises testosterone

Have you seen men like this?

Their arms and legs are slim, the same size as a regular man’s penis…

…but their belly is spilling over their waist and it looks like they swallowed a watermelon.

Why is that?

Their belly is FULL of bad bacteria.

Churning with billions of bacteria that spread throughout the body, damaging the testes and lowering sexual performance… and resulting in a low, slow, sluggish metabolism.

It’s like this:

But don’t worry… this simple vitamin cocktail fixes the CAUSE of gut problems…

…toss this back once in the morning and you’ll be warm and toasty all day… as you burn off your fat… and your gut.

And, each pound you lose also means you have LESS estrogen and HIGHER testosterone.

Belly fat drains away like air coming out of a balloon, giving you back your manly physique, your sexual performance, and your confidence.

Here’s the secret to burning fat, lowering estrogen, raising testosterone, and performing the way you could when you were a teenager
