In this newsletter, I want to show you what we know about penis size.
Does size matter after all?
How big should you be?
And what can you do to get bigger?
Is it possible to increase penis size?
And should you bother?
So let’s first talk about how you measure length.
There are several ways of measuring length.
The simplest is measuring flaccid length.
Here’s how they do that:
There are also other ways to measure — stretched or erect.
Erect is pretty self-explanatory.
But stretched is when they stretch the member and measure.
Stretched may be shorter than erect, but it is closely correlated with length when “at attention.”

In this study, they measured 609 men.
All of these men were white, and all were British.
Here are the results that I’ve adapted into inches.
The measurements are in stretched length which corresponds very closely to “full attention.”
Now, here’s where it gets super interesting.
Average length was 5.6 inches.
It wasn’t the usual 6 inches that people are told is “average.”
The measurements for mean with certain issues were a bit shorter.
Men who had been diagnosed with Peyronie’s, prostate problems or bladder conditions were averaging 5.4 inches.
When the researchers looked at the results, they checked for correlations to other common measurements.
They looked for patterns to see if size had any relationship to other measurements.
There was no correlation between how long the member was and the size of the testicles.
And there was no correlation between how old someone was, and how big they were.
Age seems to have nothing to do with it.
In fact, they didn’t find any relationship between member size and any other measurement.
So size doesn’t seem influenced by the size of anything else.
But many men’s lives are influenced by the size of their member.
This team spent years counseling men who think they have a small unit:
The majority of the 40 men sampled indicated that they perceived shame and embarrassment about penis size as the biggest problem…
not only in relation to women but also in relation to men in a communal shower after playing sports.
The average size for these men was 3.7 inches fully stretched.
16 men had surgery to increase length, but only a handful said they were happy with the result.
Of the 16 operated men, only 2 were pleased with the operation results.
Clearly, surgery is not a desirable or helpful solution for most men.
There are other ways to enlarge a penis.
But what about extension exercises and devices to make it bigger?
This study evaluated increasing size with an extension device.
After 6 months the mean gain in length was significant, meeting the goals of the effect size, at .9 inches flaccid 2/3 of an inch stretched. No significant changes in penile girth were detected.
In return for performing penis exercises taking hours a day, over time, men could increase their size by almost an inch.
So what should you do now if you feel your member doesn’t measure up?
The first thing to do is to realize that you have a tool.
You can use this tool either super well, not very well, or not at all.
How you use it determines more about how happy you are with it than size does.
Men can be happy with almost any size.
Secondly, it’s plain that men who have a smaller member often suffer from hormonal problems.
These are the men that have scarring, fibrosis, prostate or bladder issues.
A lot of men ask “does testosterone make your penis bigger?
These are men who have may low testosterone, and just getting extra testosterone isn’t going to help fix the underlying problem for these men.
A lot of men ask “does testosterone make your penis bigger?
Ultimately, your happiness is in your hands.
The message here is to take over control of your health.
Don’t just listen to the doctor.
And you should consider things that help gut health, hormonal balance, and which lower inflammation.
Those things may actually start to fix small size.
