Unfortunately, you’re unlikely to hear about this from your doctor, because he probably doesn’t know.

WOW! Here’s one happy, satisfied woman…

Some men have had an erection in years. And my methods get them fantastic results.

In this case, this man had NEVER had sex with his fiancee… but she loved him the way he was, no matter what.

They were so in love.

And with my methods, at last, he was able to consummate their loving relationship in a physical way.

This testimony comes from the woman, his fiancee, and they are SO in love. My method just made it so much better.

This couple had NEVER had sex until they used this method.

This is what gets men great erections no matter what – even if nothing else works, this ALWAYS works…

Antidepressants can be a miracle for some people. But they aren’t without their problems.

For many men, antidepressants can cause ED and low libido…

They also can be addictive and very hard to quit.

Because of this (and for several other reasons), I think it’s a good idea to try other options before you go on antidepressants.

Now, I’m not saying you should quit antidepressants cold turkey if you’re already on them. That’s not a good idea.

You should always work with your doctor when changing your meds. And quitting antidepressants without a doctor’s help can be dangerous.

I’m not a doctor, and I can’t give you medical advice. If you are seriously depressed it can be life-threatening and you should see a doctor immediately.

Okay, now that I’ve told you all of that…

Let’s get into what you can do for depression to avoid the nasty side effects of Big Pharma anti-depressants.

This study looked at 11 separate studies of 455 different people and the goal was to look at how aerobic exercise ACTUALLY influences depression.

And this study is unique because it’s looking at MAJOR depressive disorders.

This isn’t the mild blues we’re talking about. It’s depression that really affects your life in negative ways.

Major depression usually means you have a hard time with your day-to-day life or that you feel constantly down.

It can even have a physical component that causes pain.

Exercise to treat depression

In this study, the average amount of exercise that people did was at medium intensity, for 45 minutes, three times a week, over almost ten weeks.

“Across 11 eligible trials involving 455 adult patients (18-65 years old) with major depression as a primary disorder, supervised aerobic exercise was performed on average for 45 minutes, at moderate intensity, 3 times per week, and for 9.2 weeks.”

That’s good news because for most people this is an easily “do-able” amount of exercise.

Even better, exercise really works to treat depression.

Exercise works just as well or better than antidepressants and psychological treatments.

This is remarkable. Unfortunately, you’re unlikely to hear about it from your doctor, because they probably don’t know.

Doctors get a lot of their info from Big Pharma… And there isn’t much of a profit motive in promoting exercise.

“Exercise showed a significantly large overall antidepressant effect compared with antidepressant medication and/or psychological therapies.”

If it was me, after looking at this data I would skip the doctor…

(unless I was a threat to myself – then I would see the doctor).

And I would hire a personal trainer to make sure I DID the exercise…

Supervised exercise is just more likely to get done. And exercise won’t help if you don’t do it.

Getting even more out of exercise…

Exercise doesn’t only treat depression. It also lifts your mood if you have the blues or just need to even out your emotions.

To get more out of your exercise, walking outdoors can boost the mood-lifting effects even MORE.

When you’re walking outside you also get extra vitamin D from the sunlight (as long as it’s daylight)…

And Vitamin D is also a known mood booster! So, it can boost the effects of your exercise.

Doing your walking in the woods or some other natural setting can boost the effects of exercise even more.

The Japanese have a tradition called forest bathing, which is just spending time in the woods.

Spending time in nature can help calm your mind and produce oxytocin, another mood booster.

What to do if you’re already on antidepressants…

Remember, if you’re already on antidepressants and you want to get off them, you need to work with your doctor.

But it IS a good idea to start exercising before you go off of them because this will help your mood during the transition.

Exercise is an effective treatment for depression – in many cases.

And I would definitely try it first before going on antidepressants.

I don’t like risking the ED and low libido that come along with many meds. That’s why I’m always looking for alternatives that actually work.

Can you sit around and still burn 1,800 calories a day of fat? New discovery reveals how to “relax your flab away”

I was excited when I found this out.

Because, in theory, that meant I could sit around, do nothing, and burn off 1,800 calories of fat every single day.

The only thing that is important if you want to lose this fat is THIS…
