I got fired because of this

Wes here, and I’m not proud of it… but I was once fired for having sex on the job.

There we are, naked from the waist down in the supply closet using a table for a bed…

My sweaty cheeks are sticking to the cheap linoleum as my hot blonde coworker grinds enthusiastically on top of me…

And the fluorescent lights are flickering, casting us in an eerie corporate glow…

It must have made quite the sight… for all 4 of my colleagues who happened to walk in right at that exact moment, wondering what all the banging noise was…

Oh and did I mention she was also my boss? I know I said I’m not proud of it, but maybe I am LOL.

All I can tell you is that this never would have happened to me if I hadn’t been wearing my Attraction Accords that day…

I walked up to her and she was ALL over me.

She took one big whiff and that was it — instant sexual chemistry.

And yeah, I may have gotten fired, but it was worth it…

Because now I know just how powerful these Attraction Accords really are…

Check them out here

Protecting yourself from harmful EMF exposure

Matt Cook here, and EMF stands for electromagnetic fields, which are a type of energy that is generated by the movement of electrically charged particles.

EMFs can be found in a wide range of sources, including power lines, electrical appliances, wireless devices such as cell phones, and WiFi routers.

They have become ubiquitous in modern society due to the widespread use of technology that relies on electrical and wireless communication.

As more and more devices are introduced into our daily lives, the level of exposure to EMFs has increased significantly.

It’s a health HAZARD…

But people haven’t realized it yet.

There is some evidence that suggests EMFs are harmful for human health.

For example…

Cancer: Increased risk of cancer, including brain tumors and leukemia.

Reproductive health: Reduced sperm quality and fertility in men.

Neurological effects: Headaches, fatigue, poor sleep, and depression.

Cardiovascular effects: Increased risk of cardiovascular disease, such as atherosclerosis and arrhythmia.

Immune system effects: Immune system dysfunction and increased risk of infections.

Studies linking EMF exposure to severe health conditions, such as cancer, typically focused on high-level exposure from sources like cell towers.

But this doesn’t necessarily mean that EMF in your home or neighborhood is not potentially harmful to your health.

You can actually test that by yourself easily.

Placing a wireless router on your bedside table while you’re sleeping is an EFFECTIVE way to get poor sleep and headaches.

You see?

I told you it was easy.

The mainstream media avoids any type of discussion regarding EMFs altogether.

With the rapid expansion of 5G technology, it’s understandable – they need to protect huge companies, right?

But EMF exposure is definitely NOT benign.

So it is in our best interest to reduce it as much as we can.

There are some ways to do this (I’ll mention them at the end of the article).

But right now, we’re going to focus on one specific substance…

Propolis.

Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'This study was conducted at Suleyman Demirel University, Turkey. It was published in Toxicology and Industrial Health.

Propolis is a natural resinous substance produced by bees to seal cracks and gaps in the hive.

It has a very rich content because bees make it by collecting valuable materials from many natural sources.

It contains a variety of bioactive compounds, including flavonoids, terpenes, and phenolic acids.

But the most valuable ingredient is a phenolic acid called CAPE, which is the main component of today’s study.

The starting point of this study was this:

“Signals emitted from cell phones cause oxidative stress in the liver through lipid peroxidation. How can we prevent this?”

“EMF of cellular phones may affect biological systems by increasing free radicals, which appear mainly to enhance LPO, and by changing the antioxidative activities of the liver, thus leading to oxidative damage.”

Previous research suggests that the antioxidant properties of CAPE, the main ingredient of propolis, may protect against EMFs.

“CAPE, an active component of propolis extract, exhibits antioxidant properties, and several studies suggest that supplementation with antioxidants can influence EMF exposure induced hepatotoxicity.”

That’s why they prepared an experiment with that.

They applied EMF to the livers of mice and gave CAPE to one group.

Various liver markers in the EMF group deteriorated, while those in the CAPE group improved more than baseline levels.

“The activities of XO, CAT and level of LPO increased in the 900 MHz electromagnetic field (EMF) group compared with the control group, although XO, CAT activities and LPO levels were decreased by 900 MHz EMF + CAPE administration.”

The researchers said that propolis extract offers protection against EMFs due to its antioxidant capacity.

“It can be concluded that CAPE may prevent the 900 MHz EMF induced oxidative changes in the liver by strengthening the antioxidant defense system by reducing reactive oxygen species and increasing antioxidant enzyme activities.”

In addition to its potential effects against EMF, propolis extract has many other health benefits.

I use bee products, including propolis, regularly because they are wonderful health-promoting substances.

Apart from that, you can do the following to reduce EMF exposure.

  • Use wired products instead of wireless
  • Put your cell phone in airplane mode when you’re not using it
  • Use the speaker mode while talking on the phone
  • Prefer small towns over crowded cities

What is the secret of these very old people living in 3rd world countries?

I’ve been all over the world — 59 countries, 3 continents, hundreds and thousands of miles…

Outside the U.S. in these third world countries, I often see very old men acting decades younger…

But in the U.S., I see younger men talking about their diabetes to supermarket employees and riding scooters just to get around.

So what makes people in the US confined to nursing homes and wheelchairs…

…while people in other countries are active and spry, even when they are 100 years old or older?

Here’s what I found — 1 thing these men in other countries do differently to live past 100 years old
