People allege that exercise raises your testosterone. But does it really?

But there is a way around this
Branched chain amino acids have been known for some time to counter the effects of vigorous exercise.
There is evidence that branch chain amino acids can raise libido also.
So in this study, they gave some exercising men branched-chain amino acids, and they gave others a harmless powder.
And they found that the group that had branched chain amino acids experienced no decrease in their testosterone levels.
Branched-chain amino acids are easy to get an easy to take. And they may have serious healthy consequences for testosterone levels and libido, even if you don’t exercise a lot.
What effect they have is to block the passage of tryptophan into the human brain. Tryptophan turns into serotonin in the brain, and this too much serotonin, unlike what you may have been told, may increase the likelihood of depression and anxiety.
And may also lower testosterone levels throughout the body.
Branched-chain amino acids show a lot of benefit
They lowered prolactin levels. They kept testosterone at the regular high levels. And they lowered human growth hormone levels. For people exercising vigorously.
Unlike what you may have been told, human growth hormone is not all good. In fact, it is another stress hormone that contributes to and marks internal inflammation in the body. Were better off if we can keep levels of human growth hormone low for the most part.
If you’re going to try this experiment, he might try to take some branched-chain amino acids.
