Story-At-a-Glance

Hey, Matt Cook here, and most men have problems with their guts…

But what most men don’t realize is that the problems in their guts…

…cause problems everywhere else too.

When a man’s gut is misbehaving it will drain his energy, destroy his mood, and devastate his rockiness.

Here’s how I’m plugging my leaky gut for whole-body health…

How I plugged my leaky gut

About 100 years ago some curious doctors noted that many people were becoming ill in cases where an outside cause of disease was not apparent.

They came up with the theory of “autointoxication” – whereby some toxic element was being generated inside the body which was causing disease.

This theoretical toxic element became known as endotoxin.

It was later identified as a part of the structure of bacteria which can be produced in the gut – bacterial endotoxin.

This endotoxin can come from food or be inhaled in the air…

…but most of it is produced in the gut, and the problem occurs when the gut gets leaky.

Then we get sick from the inside out.

This poisoning does not just cause physical symptoms but also leads to confusion and decreases in mental function.

These animal experiments were carried out at Jinan University, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The findings were published in Nature Scientific Reports.

The researchers were interested in the role of bacterial endotoxin in mental function, behavior, and inflammation in the brain.

“In this study, we investigated endotoxin-induced cognitive impairment and neuroinflammation in mice by using behavioral tests and brain tissue analysis.”

They exposed the lab mice to levels of endotoxin that they would not normally experience under healthy conditions.

Endotoxin led to changes in behavior which included “sickness behavior.”

In humans, sickness behavior is described as lethargy, depressed mood, reduced social exploration, loss of appetite, sleepiness, increased pain, and confusion.

It is generally associated with infectious disease.

Mice exposed to endotoxin exhibited the mouse equivalents of sickness behavior.

“Endotoxin treatment leads to sickness behavior and cognitive impairment in mice as shown in the Morris water maze and passive avoidance test.”

The researchers took a look at the microscopic goings-on inside the brains of the animals after those experiments.

They found that brain cells were dying and the microglia were over activated – indicating inflammation was out of control in the brain.

“These effects were accompanied by microglia activation and neuronal cell loss in the hippocampus.”

They found that some of the proteins which are used to help to control inflammation (IL-4, IL-10)…

…were decreased in the brains of the animals exposed to bacterial endotoxin.

“The levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the serum and brain homogenates were reduced by the endotoxin treatment.”

Harmful inflammatory factors like tumor necrosis alpha and nitric oxide were increased in the brains of these sick animals in response to endotoxin.

“Tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1β, prostaglandin E2 and nitric oxide were increased.”

(All harmful.)

The researchers also found an increase in COX-2 – something which can cause inflammation throughout the body.

Aspirin acts against COX-2 to reduce sickness behavior and inflammation.

“Endotoxin promoted the expression of COX-2 and inducible nitric oxide synthase in the brain homogenates.”

(Homogenates are a suspension of cell fragments and cell constituents obtained when tissue is homogenized. They were analyzing a sort of brain soup.)

The researchers then looked at things from the other side.

They used a small chain of amino acids to block TLR4 – one of the primary inflammatory proteins.

The TLR4 receptor has been called the endotoxin receptor by some.

Endotoxin really irritates this receptor and leads to an increase in the inflammatory TLR4 protein.

Blocking TLR4 reduced inflammation and reversed the cognitive impairment and many of the sickness behaviors.

“A TLR-4-specific inhibitory peptide, prevented endotoxin-induced neuroinflammation and cognitive impairment.”

Endotoxin, which often leaks from the gut has become well-known in the last few years…

Particularly as a cause of low testosterone, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and other diseases of the body.

But this research shows that “leaky gut” is just as harmful to the brain and mind, causing inflammation and decreased mental power (cognition).

“Endotoxin induced cognitive impairment and neuroinflammation via microglia activation by activating the NF-kB signaling pathway.”

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about treating and diagnosing health-related problems.

—-Important Message About Endotoxins—-

This patches up a leaky gut while cleaning out toxins from the ENTIRE body (even the male member)

I’ve found a way to fix the gut that gives erections a big boost.

It works by scrubbing the body of endotoxins.

Endotoxins are all the bacteria, viruses, and fungi swimming around in our gut that leaks out into the body when you have a leaky gut.

These endotoxins travel all over and infect other organs, even the male member.

So if you get rid of these endotoxins, the whole body benefits, not just the gut.

And drive and erections are 2 of the biggest benefactors when you clean out the gut this way…
