Sometimes it is so hard to write this newsletter.
I know that amongst our close to 80,000 subscribers, there are men whose doctors believe the myths about testosterone.
Their doctors told them to cut their testosterone levels to improve their health.
These doctors told these men that testosterone makes their prostate grow bigger.
And their doctors told them that testosterone increases their prostate cancer.
Worse, these doctors all believe these terrible, dire myths about testosterone.
But on the other hand, we have men who have severe and significant health problems getting different advice.
These men heard from their doctors that they need to take extra testosterone.
Why the conflicting advice? Is high testosterone better or worse?

What is going on here?
It boils down to money.
Big Pharma missed the boat when it came to the progesterone revolution.
They pushed it, and then their theories crashed and burned, taking away all their profits.
And now they want to get a piece of the testosterone revolution.
Now, they’ve medicalized testosterone so they can charge thousands of dollars a year for the injections, patches, or pellets.
Something that should be very cheap is now very, very expensive and requires a prescription.
And they make money at both ends because doctors prescribe testosterone for some issues.
Then doctors prescribe drugs for LOWERING testosterone for other issues.
I hope you can wake up and see what’s going on here.
It’s all about protecting huge pharmaceutical corporations enormous profits.
Your doctor is just another pawn in the game, whether he realizes it or not.
This is a very important study about testosterone levels and comparing those levels to the cause of death.
I want you to say the following three words all over and over and over to yourself.
All-cause mortality.
All-cause mortality means death for ANY reason.
And drug companies leave that out of the information that they release about their drugs.
But If something truly saves lives, that means that it improves all-cause mortality.
We’re all going to die 100% certain.
But if we can delay our death several years that’s a good thing.
And that is the REAL point of medicine — to make us more comfortable and make us live longer.
Researchers conducted this study over several years, and they conclude:
Endogenous testosterone concentrations at baseline were inversely related to mortality due to all causes (825 deaths), cardiovascular disease (369 deaths), and cancer (304 deaths)
Endogenous testosterone means testosterone that you naturally have.
It’s not testosterone that you receive in a pill, injection, or pellet.
If the testosterone is a prescription, it’s called exogenous testosterone.
So, now the reality is that men with higher testosterone live longer, feel better, and are healthier.
Now does that mean if you are not so healthy if your testosterone is low?
Does it mean you should raise your testosterone by getting injected testosterone?
What are all the effects of testosterone and what should we do about it?
For many conditions, doctors still tell men to lower their testosterone levels.
They prescribe men medications that suppress their natural endogenous testosterone.
If having higher natural testosterone is healthier than lower, why would we lower it for any reason?
This reminds me of the cliché that came out of the Vietnam War, “we destroyed the village to save it.”
So now we have a group of men with suppressed testosterone levels.
They have artificially low levels — supposedly to prevent them from getting worse prostate cancer.
They are experiencing having their village destroyed to save it.
These men are experiencing:
osteoporosis, unfavourable body composition, sexual dysfunction and reduced quality of life are seen in patients receiving androgen deprivation therapy for at least 12 months.
In effect, doctors have chemically castrated these men.
The men are virtually unable to have a good sex life.
Their bone mass is declining and they’re experiencing a low quality of life.
All while being slowly killed by well-meaning doctors.
Remember in the first study that we just looked at:
In men, endogenous testosterone concentrations are inversely related to mortality due to cardiovascular disease and all causes.
The study could not be more clear.
Higher natural testosterone levels mean you will have a reduced chance of dying in a given period.
Death from all causes, death and cardiovascular disease, death or cancer — high natural testosterone reduces them all.
If you have your testosterone suppressed artificially, you will be sick and you will die sooner.
Is it worth it to prevent the spread of prostate cancer?
I will have to tell you my opinion in another newsletter.
Meanwhile, the important thing I want you to take away here is this.
Testosterone injections, pills, and pellets are not the same as naturally having a high testosterone.
I have seen men who have doubled or tripled their testosterone levels naturally.
They recovered their health.
And they didn’t need any injections or any Big Pharmaceutical Corporations to do that.
Now that they have a naturally higher testosterone level, these men will be happier, healthier, and live a lot longer.
They will have an immeasurably higher sex drive and a better sex life.
And they won’t be much less likely to die — except from old age.
The takeaway is you want naturally high testosterone levels.
And you want to avoid getting into the clutches of Big Pharma or going down what I call the medical rathole.
Now, I’m not telling you not to follow your doctor’s instructions.
And I’m not telling you to avoid prostate cancer treatment.
I’m not a doctor, and I’m hopelessly unqualified.
However, I am telling you to beware of what is going on here and to study up and to figure things out for it is too late.
