What you must know about fluoride, testosterone, and tamarind…yes tamarind…

New Vasodilation discovery — increases blood flow to the heart, organs, and the male member
I’ve discovered a way for men to solve a very common health problem and restore great “rockiness” again…
Most men overlook this common health problem… and they have no idea it’s interfering with penile blood flow…
And when penile blood flow is bad, “rockiness” is bad too.
But I’ve found a natural way to completely reverse this common health condition and improve penile blood flow…
So blood is rushing into the heart, the organs, and especially the penile chambers…
And that will restore good, solid “rockiness” again, no matter how long it’s been.

Here’s how tamarind raises testosterone
In the body, fluoride competes with iodine.
If you consume flouride in the water, for instance, the fluoride occupies the molecular spots normally occupied by iodine.
That’s the thyroid. So thyroid function gets depressed when you consume fluoride.
And that lowers testosterone and lowers overall metabolism.
It’s often necessary to jostle loose that fluoride — so the iodine can take its rightful place and restore your thyroid function.
But it’s hard to do where there is so much fluoride everywhere.
Fluoride is in many soils and rivers. And in most city water.
It is often found in toothpastes and is quite common in dental and medical procedures.
Though fluoride is used in dentistry and medicine, it has many serious negative health consequences.
A number of studies have shown that high exposure to fluoride can lower the intelligence of children.
This study took place at the Department of Public Health Dentistry, Al Azhar Dental College, India. The Journal of International Society of Preventive and Community Dentistry published the results.
The paper looked at the levels of fluoride in drinking water and compared fluoride exposure to IQ levels.
“The aim of the present study was to evaluate the relationship of drinking water fluoride levels with children’s intelligence quotient (IQ).”
The research found that greater exposure to fluoride was associated with lower intelligence – as measured by IQ tests.
“It is concluded that IQ level was negatively correlated with fluoride level in drinking water.”
There are many studies showing the effects of fluoride on IQ – underscoring the need to deal with fluoride exposure.
“It is necessary to devise solutions for preventing the harmful effects of excessive intake of fluoride ion to the body.”
Fluoride is dangerous to adults too – it has detrimental effects on a number of hormone systems.
These researchers did animal experiments at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. The journal Biological Trace Element Research published the results.
This research exposed rats to fluoride… Fluoride in their drinking water decreased the amount of thyroid hormones in the animals.
“We found a fluoride-mediated decrease in the circulatory concentrations of triiodothyronine, thyroxine.”
Triiodothyronine and thyroxine are the thyroid hormones.
They are responsible for energy production in every cell of the body.
Low levels of these hormones (hypothyroidism) is associated with almost every chronic disease.
Fluoride also causes havoc to the male reproductive system.
These animal experiments took place at Istanbul University in Turkey. The journal Chemosphere published the results.
Prior research had shown that fluoride could damage testicles and harm fertility.
“Numerous studies have reported the detrimental effects of fluoride on testicular function and fertility.”
This research was designed to properly understand the mechanisms of this.
“The underlying mechanisms of testosterone biosynthesis remain unclear.”
Leydig cells are responsible for the production of testosterone in the testicles.
The researchers looked at the effect of different doses of fluoride on Leydig cells.
“Leydig cells, the primary cells responsible for the production and regulation of steroid hormones in the testes, were used to elicit effects of sodium fluoride on the steroidogenic pathway.”
Fluoride had detrimental effects on testosterone-producing Leydig cells.
“Fluoride significantly decreased cell viability and cell proliferation, increased cell cytotoxicity.”
Exposure to fluoride decreased the production of testosterone by Leydig cells.
“Fluoride decreased the amounts of testosterone in a dose-dependent manner.”
These studies give some indication as to how harmful fluoride exposure can be.
Unfortunately, it’s very easy to get exposed to fluoride.
Aside from toothpaste, many countries put fluoride in the water. These countries include the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
One way to lower the levels of fluoride in your body is to take tamarind.
This human trial took place at the National Institute of Nutrition in Hyderabad, India. The European Journal of Clinical Nutrition published the results.
The research looked at the effect of tamarind on the excretion of fluoride.
Tamarind is a fruit indigenous to tropical Africa.
It is used in many parts of the world, and it is most well known for its use in Indian cuisine.
The researchers gave children 10 gm of tamarind per day.
“Each subject consumed 10 gm tamarind daily with lunch for 18 days.”
Then the researchers looked at the amount of fluoride that was leaving the subjects’ bodies every day.
Tamarind caused a significant increase in fluoride removal from the body.
“Tamarind intake led to significant increase in the excretion of fluoride in urine (4.8 mg/day) as compared to excretion on control diet (3.5mg/day).”
Tamarind could have systemic benefits by helping the body to remove toxic fluoride.
“Tamarind intake is likely to help in delaying progression of fluorosis by enhancing urinary excretion of fluoride.”
Avoiding fluoride should be the first course of action.
Filtering fluoride out of water and using fluoride-free toothpaste are the best ways to deal with fluoride exposure.
But if you live in a country where water is fluoridated, then that water will be used in food processing.
That contaminates the food supply.
A small amount of tamarind every day could lower the risk of fluoride-related disease and other problems caused by fluoride.
You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about diagnosing and treating health-related problems.

Testosterone makes men live longer — here’s how to naturally boost your T
One bite of this naturally raises my testosterone…
I just pop it in my mouth and feel the surge of energy that comes with having high T.
Having high testosterone will make your muscles stronger, boost your drive and stamina, and give you an extra “oomph” when working out or getting busy in bed.
And scientists found that men with higher natural testosterone live longer than men with low testosterone:
So raising testosterone is the best thing you can do as a man.
Here’s how to pop something in your mouth and naturally increase your testosterone in just a few minutes.
