Low carb diets are such a trend right now…

But actually eating low-carb is speeding up aging in men.

Here’s why…

Eating low-carb puts constant stress on your body.

Low-carb diets increase cortisol (the main stress hormone) levels in the body.

And I’ve seen men who do low-carb end up looking 10-20 years older.

Our bodies actually prefer to burn carbs for energy. And eating carbs reduces cortisol levels.

It’s the most natural fuel for us.

Men who eat an ample amount of carbs tend to look vibrant and youthful well into their 80s. Their vitality shines through.

Problem is, as we age, our bodies struggle to burn carbs efficiently.

And that’s when aging shifts into high gear.

But I’ve discovered a simple way to reactivate your body’s youthful carb-burning ability.

Men who try this report feeling decades younger. More energy, mental clarity, and vitality.

They maintain a youthful appearance way past middle age.

If you want to look your best for years to come and live longer, click here — I’m showing you how to get your body burning carbs for fuel again.

———-Are you carrying toxic metals in your mouth?

Mercury fillings, also called silver fillings, contain 50% mercury by mass.

The reason why mercury is used in amalgams is that it is structurally solid, so it does not break down easily.

But mercury is highly toxic to humans.

Therefore it should not be in your mouth.

Some Scandinavian countries have banned the use of mercury fillings.

Unfortunately, the American Dental Association still considers them to be safe.

Although they are no longer used, they used to be very popular.

1000s of people still have them in their mouths.

And they regularly cause mercury to enter the body.

In fact, according to research, these fillings are the #1 cause of mercury entering the human body.

“Dental amalgam is the most common source of inorganic mercury for the human body.”

So these fillings are a major public health concern.

If this situation prolongs and goes into mercury toxicity, it can lead to diseases such as

  • Brain damage
  • Nerve damage
  • Kidney problems
  • Tremors
  • Insomnia
  • Autoimmune diseases

Today’s study is about how sensitive the thyroid, one of the body’s most valuable organs, is to mercury.

This study was conducted at Charles University, Czech Republic. It was published in Neuro Endrocrinology Letters.

The thyroid gland is hands down one of the most crucial organs in the human body.

If the thyroid gland is damaged or underactive, this can cause many problems in the body.

There are many diseases related to the thyroid gland, the most well-known of which are hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism.

Another thyroid condition that is not so well known, but can really trouble those who have it: Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.

Hashimoto’s is an autoimmune disease.

The body mistakes its own thyroid gland for an enemy and starts attacking it. Over time, it tries to destroy it.

The diagnosis of this disease is the presence of antibodies called Anti-TPO and Anti-TG in the blood.

And the researchers of this study found a relationship between these antibodies and mercury fillings.

I’ll give you a brief summary.

The researchers recruited a group of patients who had mercury fillings and also suffered from autoimmune thyroid disease.

They removed all the mercury fillings through operations.

After the patients got rid of the fillings, the following changes occurred in their bodies:

Their antibodies dropped dramatically.

“A significant decrease in anti-TPO and anti-Tg autoantibody levels in the group of patients who removed amalgam fillings were also found.”

They reported significant improvements in their symptoms.

“Regarding the health status of patients (based on responses in a questionnaire), 70% reported a substantial improvement, 21% reported an improvement, 9% reported unchanged health, and none of the patients reported deterioration of health following amalgam replacement.

This means that most of the patients were cured of this autoimmune thyroid disease after the operation.

If you have mercury fillings and you are experiencing symptoms of unknown origin…

… you may have found the source.

Walking around with toxic heavy metals in your mouth makes no sense.

Many dentists can now replace these fillings with new-generation fillings.

Do your research on this operation and choose your doctor accordingly.

Because the most important thing about the operation is a dentist who knows their job well.
