Each and every time you take a bite of this food, your risk of death goes up by 18%…
—-Important Message—-
Food Warning to Men: I found this additive in virtually all foods in the US food supply.
For the first time ever, I’m blowing the lid off this well-kept secret about how virtually every food is intentionally and knowingly contaminated with a toxic chemical… This chemical radically increases cancer, heart disease, and even erectile dysfunction.
You won’t find this ingredient listed on any label – unless you know where to look and how to read the label.
And it’s the most dangerous additive there is… You should avoid ANY food that has it…
I made this video to show you how to find this additive on labels and what foods to avoid…

Eating this increases your chance of dying by 62%
I’ve learned that, if you want to keep an internal combustion engine car on the road, the most important thing you can do is change the oil.
If you don’t change the oil on a regular basis – and on time – the entire engine can seize up and you may have to replace the engine in your car.
That’s expensive… And you can prevent it with simple, proper maintenance.
Even if you change the oil sometimes, but not often enough, you can DRAMATICALLY shorten the lifespan of your car.
That’s because bad or old oil gums up the works in the engine – making everything run poorly.
And the same thing can happen to your body if you don’t put the right stuff into it in the first place.
If you regularly eat cruddy, ultra-processed foods, you can cause disease in your body and shorten your lifespan significantly.
I’ve been talking about this for YEARS now…
But the science is coming together now. And we are starting to know for sure that processed food is ALL KINDS of bad for you.
Usually I go over just one study… But in this case, I think I need to touch on two different studies.
Because, taken together, they paint a picture of what REALLY goes on when we eat highly processed food.
Here’s Study #1:
Before I go into what “adverse health outcomes” means, let’s take a look at ultra-processed foods and what the studies mean by that term.
“One such category is ultra-processed foods, defined as ‘formulations of food substances often modified by chemical processes and then assembled into ready-to-consume hyper-palatable food and drink products using flavors, colors, emulsifiers and…other cosmetic additives.’ These foods include savory snacks, reconstituted meat products, pre prepared frozen dishes, and soft drinks.”
To be completely clear, this includes MOST foods that are in boxes or bags.
It also includes products that can sit on a grocery store (or home shelf) for weeks without going bad.
If it’s shelf-stable, it’s probably not very good for you (except for products that have been made for centuries and have minimal ingredients – such as dried rice and pasta or some canned goods).
What are the adverse health outcomes of eating this kind of fake food?
I could talk about this for days, but this particular study showed an increase in cardiovascular disease from eating cruddy food.
“The study by Srour and colleagues reports an association between an absolute 10% increase in dietary ultra-processed food and significantly higher rates of overall cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease, and cerebrovascular disease…”
Note that little detail: You don’t even have to increase your consumption by a lot.
A single 10% increase can increase the risk of disease MASSIVELY.
Here’s Study #2:
This study focuses on something called “all-cause mortality” – how likely you are to die early because of eating highly processed foods.
Here’s the bottom line: The more ultra-processed foods you eat, the more risk you have of dying.
“A higher consumption of ultra-processed foods (>4 servings daily) was independently associated with a 62% relatively increased hazard for all-cause mortality.”
A 62% risk is a pretty high number.
And to make matters even worse, every extra serving you add of this kind of food increases your all-cause mortality risk.
“For each additional serving of ultra-processed food, all-cause mortality increased by 18%.”
I don’t know about you, but I’m not willing to risk my life and my health on this kind of food.

The easiest way to eat real food…
Do as much of your grocery shopping as possible on the outside perimeter of the grocery store.
This is where perishable items are normally kept… And these are the ingredients that are the healthiest.
You want to cook with things that don’t require an ingredient list…
Things like rice, potatoes, fruits, and vegetables.
Make simple food with real ingredients and your health is likely to get much better, quickly.
To your health!
