Usually I’m talking about Big Pharma and the life-long treatments the industry always seems to want to put people on.

These are the lovely people who bring us products that are meant for maximum addictiveness – like Doritos.

They also bring us fats that are made out of farm waste – soybean oil, corn oil, canola oil – otherwise known as PUFAs or polyunsaturated acids.

These fats ramp up inflammation in our bodies and contribute to diseases such as diabetes, dementia, obesity – and more.

The worst part is that they market these fats like they are the healthiest things ever – when in reality they do tons of damage.

The ideal of Big Food isn’t to make foods that are GOOD for you (although sometimes they try to say that’s what they’re doing)…

That usually means loads of fat, empty calories, and fake flavor enhancers that are terrible for you. They do it for the profit. It’s INSANE.

How to avoid cancer by avoiding 3 foods

First, I’m going to tell you that there is no way to GUARANTEE that you can avoid cancer. That’s just not possible.

Some people will get cancer no matter what they do because of exposure to certain substances such as asbestos – or their genetic makeup.

But you can put the odds in your favor…

You can do that by eating real food that isn’t highly processed and by eating lots of fruit.

Ripe fruit in particular is incredibly protective and can lower your risk of almost all diseases.

If you can’t get ripe fruit, then buy frozen fruit and bake it with a little bit of sugar for about 45 minutes.

How to get cancer

Just like you can lower your risk of cancer by eating real food, you can increase your risk of cancer by eating fake food.

This is the stuff that’s sold by the Big Food industry.

“Diet-related factors may account for 80,110 of the new invasive cancer cases reported in 2015, or 5.2% of that year’s total among US adults.”

80,110 is a very big number of cancer cases in the U.S. that researchers are pretty sure are related to eating cruddy food.

And if you look at specific TYPES of cancer, then that percentage can jump from about 5% for all types of cancer to almost 40% for colorectal cancer.

“Colorectal cancer had the highest proportion of diet-related cases, with 38.3% of all cases in 2015 associated with suboptimal diets. This was followed by cancer of the mouth, pharynx, and larynx, which the study linked to diet in 25.9% of all cases.”

This isn’t surprising, since diet affects the colon directly…

And that’s because your colon is responsible for processing most of your food.

So the question is this: What kinds of food are causing this problem?

“…there is convincing or probable evidence for low whole grain, low dairy, high processed meat, and high red meat consumption on colorectal cancer risk; low fruit and vegetable consumption on risk of cancer of the mouth, pharynx, and larynx; and high processed meat consumption on stomach cancer risk.”

Basically, it’s eating TOO much processed food and not enough real food.

Processed meats – like hotdogs and lunch meat – are particularly risky.

The bottom line:

If you want to live a long and healthy life, you can put the odds in your favor by eating foods from farmers instead of from Big Food.

And especially avoid highly processed meats, breakfast cereals and pre-made baked goods…the 3 worst cancer-causing foods…

Big Food (the stuff you find in bags and boxes) is meant to get you to eat as much of it as possible without any regard to nutrition or health.

Real food is what humans have been eating since our existence on this planet.
