I was shocked and amazed…and even a bit DISTURBED…

…when I found out about this weird way to supercharge your “torpedo area” as a man…

Suddenly I had a sword of steel between my legs…

It made my wife go WILD with delight and start begging me to make love to her every day, sometimes even twice a day…

And it’s so easy for a guy to do. This unusual, natural method just takes 30 seconds.

I made a video showing you exactly how it works to give a man supercharged “rockiness” no matter how long it’s been…

Watch it here — NSFW — naughty.

Eating fructose this way burns belly fat in men

Fructose is one of the most common sugars.

Fruit and honey are the two natural foods that contain large amounts of fructose.

But large amounts of pure refined fructose can ferment in the stomach – leading to health problems that are actually caused by bacteria.

And many in the science and nutrition world have interpreted these studies to mean that fructose itself is bad.

This has led to the crazy idea that people should avoid fruit and honey because of their fructose content.

Nowadays many people believe that fructose actually causes weight gain and other metabolic problems.

But the evidence is quite to the contrary.

This human study was conducted at the Instituto Nacional de Cardiología Ignacio Chávez in Mexico City. The journal Metabolism published the results.

Fructose has gotten a bad rap.

“One of the proposed causes of obesity and metabolic syndrome is the excessive intake of products containing fructose.”

These beliefs came about due to experiments using large amounts of pure liquid fructose – and mostly in animals.

In these experiments, the pure liquid fructose causes an explosion of bad bacteria.

And this leads to leaky gut syndrome and metabolic problems.

This does not happen when humans eat fruit or honey!

The researchers wanted to learn more about the alleged harms caused by fructose.

So they carried out a weight-loss experiment.

130 people took part in the research. All of the participants were overweight or obese. They were randomly assigned to two different groups.

Both groups were put into a caloric deficit – a crash diet – eating less food than they needed to maintain body weight.

One group was also restricted to a low-fructose diet – less than one ounce/day.

The other group had plenty of natural fructose in their weight loss plan – two to three ounces/day.

“We randomized obese subjects to either a low-fructose diet (<20 g/d) or a moderate-fructose diet with natural fruit supplements (50-70 g/d).”

The study ran for six weeks in total…

Crash diets like this can seem to work in the short term, but they do cause long-term metabolic issues.

Both groups lost weight on average.

But the people who were eating significant amounts of natural fructose lost much more weight.

“Weight loss was higher in the moderate natural fructose group (4.2 kg) than the low-fructose group (2.83 kg).”

That’s about 9 lbs of weight loss in the moderate fructose group compared with 6 lbs for the low-fructose group.

The results were precisely the opposite of what the researchers had expected, given their bias against fructose.

This is always the case in well-done experiments where the researchers use natural fructose from fruit or honey.

These were diet researchers…

So of course they concluded that crash dieting is good for weight loss and can reduce the risk of obesity and diabetes.

However, they were forced to add that adding natural fructose could also help with risk of obesity and diabetes.

“Reduction of energy and added fructose intake may represent an important therapeutic target to reduce the frequency of obesity and diabetes.”

Natural fructose actually helps to maintain a healthy weight – contrary to popular belief.

“For weight loss achievement, an energy-restricted moderate natural fructose diet was superior to a low-fructose diet.”

Don’t be afraid of fruit and honey!

You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about diagnosing and treating any health-related problems.

Massive erections from a fried egg sandwich?

This is pretty crazy… but believe it or not, eating a fried egg sandwich in the morning…

…can give you a massive boner later in the night!

And the way it works is by delivering a good healthy dose of cholesterol…

Because the truth is — cholesterol is NECESSARY for testosterone…

So men want MORE cholesterol to get MORE natural testosterone.

But sometimes — cholesterol gets too high because it isn’t being converted into testosterone properly…

Which is why I’ve come up with this super easy protocol to speed this process back up again…

So you can enjoy fried egg sandwiches in the morning and massive erections at night — thanks to Protocol C2T which is free today
