The way we try to lose fat kills our T, unless you do this…

One bite of this raises testosterone
I pop it in my mouth and I feel a surge of male confidence.
Because this increases my testosterone… And it works in minutes.
Would you like to increase your testosterone in just a few minutes?
This is for when you want to make love…or when you want some extra “oomph” when working out or maybe on a date.
Because raising testosterone is the best thing you can do as a man…
Higher testosterone can actually make you live longer.

Eat more and raise your testosterone
Over-eating in the context of an unhealthy diet is associated with low testosterone.
But so is under-eating…
Many people don’t realize that eating too little causes the same problems as over-eating.
Recently, researchers analyzed information from young men who were not eating enough calories.
And under-eating caused low testosterone and a whole host of other testicular problems.
In this study, the problems were reversed with adequate calories and weight gain.
These scientists carried out their research at the Department of Endocrinology, Austin Health, Heidelberg, Victoria, Australia. The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology published the findings.
An energy deficit is caused by taking in fewer calories than you require.
You can cause this by eating too little or exercising too much.
The effects of an energy deficit on female reproduction is very well studied.
But there is less research looking at the effect of energy deficits on reproductive characteristics in men.
This research compiled information from a number of medical and scientific databases.
“Calorie restriction and over-training are increasingly seen in young men who suffer from increasing societal pressure to attain a perceived ideal male body image.”
The researchers analyzed 23 cases of men with an energy deficit.
This included underweight men and some men with a healthy body mass index (BMI).
“We identified 23 cases, aged median 20 years, with a body mass index of 12.5-20.5.”
The study found that energy deficit is clearly associated with lower testosterone levels.
Testosterone levels can range from 0.6 up to 21.3.
In the study, the average testosterone levels were only 3.0.
“Total testosterone was 3.0.”
The pituitary gland produces a hormone called luteinizing hormone.
This hormone travels to the testicles where it causes the production of testosterone.
The researchers found that luteinizing hormone levels were very low in men with an energy deficit.
“Luteinizing hormone was 1.2 mIU/L (<0.2‐7.5).”
Low levels of luteinizing hormone are likely the trigger for low testosterone in these men.
The scientific term for low testosterone caused by low levels of luteinizing hormone is “hypogonadotropic hypogonadism” (HH).
The vast majority of young men with an energy deficit suffered from this type (HH) of low testosterone.
“91% of cases demonstrated [HH].”
The researchers tracked 14 of the 23 men analyzed in this study as they ate more calories and gained weight.
As the men ate themselves out of the energy deficit, their testosterone levels recovered.
“In cases with longitudinal measurements following weight regain, serum testosterone increased.”
With proper nutrition, the average testosterone levels were more than four times higher.
“Testosterone increased from median 3.2 to 14.3.”
The researchers found a similar effect on luteinizing hormone – which, again, triggers the production of testosterone.
Luteinizing hormone levels almost tripled with adequate caloric intake.
“Luteinizing hormone increased from 1.2 to 3.5.”

The research also found high levels of cortisol and thyroid problems in young men with an energy deficit.
The body cannot function properly without adequate nutrition.
Inadequate energy causes the pituitary gland to decrease testosterone production in the testicles.
“[HH] can occur in the context of energy deprivation in young otherwise healthy men and may be under-recognized.”
These effects are unlikely to be limited to young men.
Any man who is under-eating and/or over-exercising can expect the same problems.
The good news is that the problem is reversible with increased caloric intake.
“The gonadal axis suppression is functional, because it can be reversible with weight gain.”
Many men start off with metabolic problems that cause them to gain weight.
Instead of dealing with the metabolic problem, they sometimes rely on food restriction or excessive exercise to try to stay lean.
“Treatment should focus on reversing the existing energy deficit by ensuring adequate nutrition, achievement of a healthy body weight, and avoidance of excessive exercise.”
In the medium to long term, these tactics will only cause harm.
The underlying metabolic problem must be addressed.
Lower testosterone and lower thyroid hormones will only suppress metabolism further!
You should always consult a healthcare practitioner about diagnosing and treating any health-related problems.

Drop 21 lbs in 21 days with this fat-eating enzyme
Can this fat-eating enzyme really cause you to lose at least 21 pounds in 21 days, and continue burning fat around the clock for long after that?
Well, that’s exactly what happened to my friend John – all while battling crippling heart disease that led to triple heart bypass surgery…
If he can do it, YOU can do it!
(John went from sick and dying to fit and active in 13 short weeks)
The best part is you don’t need to buy this enzyme in an expensive pill or powder.
Your body can ALREADY produce it NATURALLY!
You just need to trick your body into producing it by eating a few common foods at the right time…
So it can attack your belly fat and cause you to lose weight in record time.
Here’s how to start producing this fat-eating enzyme tomorrow morning.
