Bigger loads will have her eyes wide with desire…
—–Important Message—–
I stopped needing a nap when I started doing this…
A student told me he was dating a young woman in her early 20s… And she was insatiable…
“Matt,” he said, “I don’t want to need a nap when we’re together over the weekend. What can I do to regain my youthful energy and keep up with this amazing attractive young woman?”
You see, for most guys, metabolism slows down over time. And it can take us days to recover from a hearty meal or from exercise…
But this doesn’t have to be YOU.
I use a simple formula to roll back my metabolism and I feel years younger…
Frankly, for me, what I look forward to most of all are those long sex sessions with my wife… Those hour-long sessions that we start our days with together in marital bliss…
And these can be you too… when you regain a more youthful metabolism…

Drink this alcohol for bigger loads?
The idea that consuming alcohol in moderation is okay… that’s is pretty controversial.
But we all know that using a lot of alcohol causes serious health problems.
But a number of recent studies have indicated that it’s healthier to use small amounts of alcohol than to avoid it completely.
Excessive alcohol use is a major risk factor for dementia…
But small amounts of alcohol seem to be protective against dementia.
The same effect has recently been shown with cancer.
Now a new study looks into the effect of alcohol on male fertility.
Men who consumed moderate amounts of alcohol fared better than those who abstained completely.
These researchers conducted their study at the Fondazione IRCCS Cà Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico in Italy and published in the Journal of Andrology.
A possible link between moderate alcohol intake and male fertility may seem obtuse.
But fertility rates are falling off a cliff – researchers are examining every possible angle of the fertility question.
[cmamad id=”18989″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]
“A comprehensive analysis has recently shown an overall 32% decline in sperm concentration in European men over the past 50 years.”
Fertility rates are still declining and scientists expect them to get worse.
Infertility and low fertility are associated with all of the major chronic problems that afflict men…
Diabetes, heart problems, obesity…
So this question is very relevant even to men who do not wish to have children in the future.
This study enrolled over 300 men with fertility problems.
“Between September 2014 and December 2016, we enrolled 323 male patients, mean age 39.3 years.”
The men provided very detailed information about their diet and lifestyle habits.
“…weight, smoking, caffeine intake, physical activity, and alcohol intake in the last year.”
The men also provided semen samples.
The scientists analyzed the samples for the most important markers of male fertility.
“…semen volume, sperm concentration, total sperm count, and sperm motility were determined.”
The study found that men who drank 4 to 7 units of alcohol per week had better indicators of fertility than those who drank more or less.
“Compared to men drinking less than 1 to 3 units per week, semen volume and total sperm count were higher in the 4 to 7 units/week group.”
Average sperm count was 50% higher in men consuming 4 to 7 units of alcohol per week than those consuming 1 to 3 units.
As well, 4 to 7 units a week seemed to be good for sperm concentration.
“Association with sperm concentration was also significant, with a U‐shaped trend in groups of alcohol intake.”
The study adjusted for other risk factors such as age, smoking, and caloric intake.
“After adjusting for potential confounders, these relations were confirmed.”
The study indicates that moderate amounts of alcohol may be helpful for male fertility and overall health.
“Moderate alcohol intake appears positively associated to semen quality in male partners of infertile couples.”
Previous male fertility studies recommended complete avoidance of alcohol.
However, many of these previous studies only categorized people as drinkers or non-drinkers.
Studies like those cannot determine the effect of moderate alcohol consumption because they group heavy drinkers in with the light and moderate drinkers.
“Those comparisons were performed between patients who drank any quantity of alcohol and those who did not drink at all, therefore the effect of low and high alcohol intake could not be discerned.”
The study we are talking about now did not find any benefit in alcohol consumption above 7 units per week.
And, of course, there are a lot of studies showing that excessive alcohol is very bad for your health.
But there are a few reasons why small amounts of alcohol may be beneficial.
Wine contains polyphenols compounds that have a broad range of health benefits.
Alcohol itself could have an antibacterial effect – improving gut function and general health.
Alcohol also increases a brain chemical called GABA.
GABA can lower many of the chronic stress signals that people suffer from.
However, all of these benefits are canceled by excessive alcohol intake.
You should consult a healthcare professional about treating and diagnosing health problems.

“I’m not a dribbler anymore… Now it’s a firehose and my wife eats it all up!”
Most of the time I finish inside her… But for those times I don’t, she really enjoys my big load size and how far it goes.
When my loads were very small, I realized I had a problem. I wanted those huge loads… B, if anything, mine were getting smaller.
Every guy knows that when you come you can have a huge satisfying load that will impress her…
I discovered I could NOT rely upon the recipes and supplements you hear about because they can be unsafe.
So be careful!
Fortunately, I’ve found a way to VASTLY increase loads, and even size, without danger….
