Pain may be worse from this 1 food

I talk about the evils of polyunsaturated fatty acids all the time (PUFA fats).

But lots of people don’t believe me…

Because they’ve been told by Big Agriculture and the medical establishment that things like corn, soy, and vegetable fats are good for us.

I remember when I was a young adult and restaurants started advertising that they were frying their food in 100% vegetable fats.

At the time, that was supposed to be a good thing.

Well… I hate to break it to you, but on this one the establishment is dead wrong.

High fat diets are terrible for your body, but what’s worse is a high-fat diet that is loaded with PUFA fats.

In a study published in Nature.com they said that PUFA fats might not only cause chronic pain, but can make it far worse.

That’s a HUGE deal.

That’s because chronic pain causes a huge amount of problems for people who have to live with it.

Chronic pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide and is commonly associated with comorbid disorders.

Chronic pain is alway extraordinarily difficult to treat.

When pain is chronic it builds pathways in our brains that make it more likely to feel chronic pain.

Talk about a terrible downward spiral!

Combine that with the fact that for most people the treatments that are used for chronic pain often develop tolerance levels and have to be increased…

And it becomes something very close to a disaster.

What makes all of this even worse is that if you live in the West then your diet is likely to make any chronic pain condition you have far worse.

The abundance of omega-6 polyunsaturated fats prominent in the typical Western diet “served as a significant risk factor for both inflammatory and neuropathic pain,” UT said in a statement.

Remember, omega-6 polyunsaturated fats (PUFA fats) are found in almost all processed foods and have long been considered “healthy.”

“Generally, unhealthy foods high in omega-6 fats include processed snacks, fast foods, cakes, and fatty and cured meats, among others.”

They aren’t healthy. In fact, based on my research…

I strongly believe that these PUFA fats are responsible for the rise in many chronic diseases including diabetes.

“Also, the authors demonstrated that skin levels of omega-6 lipids in patients with Type 2 diabetic neuropathic pain were strongly associated with reported pain levels and the need for taking analgesic ‘treatments.’”

Basically, any disease that is based on inflammation, which is most of them, is very likely being made worse by PUFA fats.

Even things you wouldn’t suspect like psoriasis.

“There is a clear link between skin inflammation and changes in the gut microbiome due to food intake,” Hwang said. “The bacterial balance in the gut disrupted shortly after starting a Western diet, and worsened psoriatic skin and joint inflammation.”

Personally, I only eat small amounts of butter and coconut oil and avoid PUFA fats as much as possible.

I’ve seen lots of men in my programs make the same change and they have seen huge benefits as well.

If you do this it can pay off big time in terms of health.

PUFA fats are really worth paying attention to because when you get rid of them it can have a dramatic and positive impact on your health.
