How to naturally reverse arterial stiffness for better male blood flow
Have you heard that as you get older, your arteries get stiffer?
This arterial stiffness increases the risk of high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, heart failure, and reduced blood flow to the extremities.
High blood pressure itself is nothing to worry about, but stiff arteries are certainly a risk factor for heart attack, heart failure, stroke, and reduced blood flow.
The problem is that the mainstream is overlooking the factors that cause arterial stiffness.
It’s not aging, cholesterol, or any of the other commonly named risk factors.
The human research was carried out at University Hospital Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This paper was published in the journal Hypertension.
The authors of this study were investigating the role of hormones in arterial stiffness.
“Arterial stiffness may be influenced by sex steroids and insulin.”
Arterial stiffness refers to the loss of elasticity in the arterial walls.
This can cause the arteries to become rigid and less able to expand and contract in response to changes in blood pressure.
Arterial stiffness affects blood pressure, heart attack risk, stroke risk, blood and nutrient supply to extremities, and risk of heart failure.
“Therefore, we analyzed the effects of sex steroid administration on arterial stiffness and the relationship with fasting insulin levels.”
The research was carried out on patients who were taking substances designed to reverse their sex characteristics.
Men were put on estrogen and antiandrogen treatments.
“Twelve male-to-female transsexuals were treated with ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone acetate.”
Cyproterone acetate is an antiandrogen treatment that is also used in the treatment of acne and prostate cancer.
It blocks testosterone and lowers testosterone and DHT.
The researchers also looked at women taking high doses of testosterone.
“18 female-to-male transsexuals were treated with testosterone esters.”
All of the participants were assessed before they started taking anything, again 4 months later, and again at the end of 1 year.
The researchers looked at the effect of these substances on arterial stiffness.
“Changes in distensibility and compliance coefficients (DC and CC, respectively) of the common carotid artery, femoral artery, and brachial artery were analyzed.”
Distensibility and compliance coefficients are measures of arterial elasticity.
They tell us how much the arterial walls can stretch and change shape in response to changes in blood pressure.
Estrogen and antiandrogenic treatments that lower testosterone increased arterial stiffness in men.
“After 4 months of estrogens and antiandrogens in men, significant reductions in the CC and DC were observed.”
Increased arterial stiffness is a huge problem.
It’s a major factor in many lethal cardiovascular problems, as well as causing major quality-of-life issues due to reduced blood flow.
Arterial stiffness is not simply caused by aging. Nor is it caused by cholesterol.
Yes, arteries do tend to become stiffer as people age.
And yes, people with stiffer arteries tend to have higher cholesterol and higher blood pressure.
But none of these correlations show that these things cause arterial stiffness…
…or that they are the root cause of the serious conditions of which arterial stiffness is a risk factor.
However, numerous lines of evidence show that hormone imbalances and underlying energetic metabolism are at the root cause of all of these issues.
There is, in fact, evidence showing that diseases of the blood vessels and cardiovascular system…
…can be caused by high estrogen or low androgens in men going back as far as the 1960s.
These experiments in sex hormones only confirm what we already knew…
“This experimental study shows (1) that short-term administration of estrogens and antiandrogens increases arterial stiffness in men.”
For men, it’s very clear you need to control estrogen and optimize estrogen to maximize blood vessel flexibility.
Many commonly used treatments are anti-androgenic, like the cyproterone acetate used in this study.
It’s also used in the treatment of acne and prostate cancer.
The risks of such treatments are usually ignored.

This fruity shake naturally reverses arterial stiffness for better blood flow
I’ve come up with this delicious shake that’s made with 5 simple foods.
And these foods contain nutrients that naturally boost testosterone, lower estrogen, and improve blood flow in men.
These foods make the arteries open up wide again… they restore flexibility to the blood vessels…
So arterial stiffness is naturally reversed simply by drinking a delicious fruity shake.
Blood flow improves, especially down there — and even blood pressure normalizes on its own.
Here’s the fruity shake that improves blood flow all over a man’s body
