You can take a swig of it right now…and soon you will be as energetic as a young man…
She’ll appreciate you like never before, LOL
—-Important Message—-
Doctors are freaking out over this study.
This is huge…the censored study that Big Pharma corporations pray you will never see:

Bounce off the walls again…
Bone density decreases with age.
And reduced bone density increases the risk of breaks and fractures.
And as a result of lower bone density, it becomes more difficult for fractured bones to heal as we get older.
Decreased bone density can lead to lower quality of life… even the need to live in a care facility.
For men, dairy has a significant effect on protecting bone density.
And this effect increases with age.
A number of international universities collaborated to conduct this research. The results were published in The Journal of Bone and Mineral Research.
The study used data collected from the Framingham Heart Study, one of the most thorough human studies ever conducted. (This study has been going on since 1948.)
[cmamad id=”16348″ align=”center” tabid=”display-desktop” mobid=”display-desktop” stg=””]
This part of the study looked at dairy intake and compared that to bone density.
They calculated bone density by using computed tomography – a process that compiles many slices of information from multiple x-rays.
“The association of milk, yogurt, cheese, cream, milk+yogurt, and milk+yogurt+cheese intakes with quantitative computed tomography measures of bone were examined.”
The men and women in the study had also completed a questionnaire about their food intake.
“Participants were 1,522 men and 1,104 women (32 to 81 years) who provided measures of dairy food intake from a questionnaire.”
The study showed that higher dairy intake is associated with greater bone density in men.
“In men, higher intake of milk, milk+yogurt, and milk+yogurt+cheese was associated with higher bone density.”
Higher cheese intake was associated with larger bones, as measured by cross-sectional area.
“Higher cheese intake was related with a higher cross-sectional area.”
In general, cheese and dairy seem to be even more protective for older men.
“The associations appeared to be stronger in older men.”
The study found that dairy intake and bone density are also associated with vitamin D – and dairy is a good source of vitamin D.
“Across vitamin D ranges, dairy was positively associated with bone health.”
But the benefits of dairy for bone health are not limited to the effects of vitamin D.
“Dairy intake seems to be most beneficial for older men, and dairy continued to have positive associations among all vitamin D levels.”
Many studies have shown that dairy is beneficial for health.
There are many reasons why this may be.
Dairy contains a number of nutrients that are beneficial to bone health.
Calcium is a major constituent of bones and our calcium levels decrease with age. Many dairy foods are great sources of calcium.
Dairy is probably the best source of calcium – and many dairy foods also contain lots of vitamin D.
We need calcium for many other functions in our body as well.
When we have low blood levels of calcium, our bodies will leach calcium from our bones. This leaching process is controlled by parathyroid hormone.
But sometimes parathyroid hormone can increase to harmful levels.
This increase in parathyroid hormone will cause even more calcium to be leached from the bones…
And, of course, this decreases bone density.
Vitamin D can bring down excessive levels of parathyroid hormone.
By lowering parathyroid hormone, vitamin D protects the calcium in the bones.
It’s kind of a triple whammy.
Dairy protects bone density by providing enough vitamin D to regulate parathyroid hormone.
AND the calcium from dairy goes into the bloodstream…
Calcium also suppresses parathyroid hormone, thus protecting bones.
(Remember, parathyroid hormone normally increases due to low blood levels of calcium.)
Some studies have even shown associations between parathyroid hormone, low bone density, and risk of dementia.
Parathyroid hormone levels increase with age.
Therefore, anything we can do to keep parathyroid hormone within the healthy range seems like a good idea.
You should see your healthcare professional about diagnosing and treating bone disorders.
And now that you know the secret to strong bones, you might want a teenage metabolism to go with it…
—–Curious about teenage metabolism? Important Message—–
Men: Bounce off the walls like you did as a teenager – incredible for your stamina and your staying power…
As men age, they slow down. They can’t keep an erection as long as they used to…
And they just feel tired and their energy is low.
Their metabolism slows down. Their testosterone declines.
Everything begins to feel like “going through the motions.”
You may already feel some of those symptoms creeping up on you…
But you can avoid all of that right now.
A long-observed phenomenon called “uncoupling” revs up your metabolism when you drink a certain combination of vitamins…
…you can get the benefits of uncoupling now…safely and at home…
And you will feel like a teenager again…
So just drink this (bitter-tasting) vitamin combination and feel younger, feel warmer, and get that energetic revved-up feeling you haven’t experienced since you were a teenager…
This vitamin brew revs up your metabolism…and restores great erections by restoring teenage stamina…
